Prime Events is the corporate events arm of the Alangkaar group, working with Alangkaar's planners, halal-certified kitchen and décor team, in Singapore since 1997.

Your team gets one contact for the venue, the menu, the crew and the coordinator, with stage styling when you want it, and an itemised quotation that is easy to approve. On the day, we set up, run the timeline and clear.

Tea breaks & canapés

Lighter options for shorter events.

Stand-alone light menu for a seminar, briefing, networking evening or launch reception, with no full buffet. Displayed on platters and chafers (self-serve, not butlered). Best consumed within 3 hours of delivery. From 30 guests.

What does a company event with Prime Events × Alangkaar cost?

Each venue page prices your event live: venue, buffet, service staff and an event coordinator in one nett total; stage styling is optional. As an example, team dinner & dance for 150 at HomeTeamNS Bukit Batok comes to $5,381, about $36 a guest. Change the headcount, menu or add-ons and the estimate updates line by line.

Can you send a formal quotation for our procurement?

Yes. Send the estimate from any venue page and a planner replies with an itemised written quotation you can file for approval.

What food do you serve?

Straightforward buffets: Prime Essential is included in every package, and Prime Signature and Prime Premium are priced per guest on top. You choose the dishes for each course; at hotels the package runs on Prime Hotel Buffet, with three richer hotel menus to compare with your planner. For shorter sessions there are tea Break & Canapés as a lighter package, and conference tea breaks from $7.90 per guest.

Is the food halal?

Yes. Every menu is cooked in our halal-certified kitchen, so every colleague eats from the same buffet.

Is there GST or a service charge?

No service charge, and the price you see is nett. Venue hire is passed through at the venue's own rate, with no mark-up from us.

How many guests can we have?

From 30 guests for a buffet, up to 1,000 guests at Orchard Hotel Singapore.
