How many guests can we have?
Up to 500 at banquet tables, in one air-conditioned hall with a stage. It suits a dinner and dance, an awards night or a town hall of 200 to 500. The hall is priced per session whatever your numbers, so for a smaller team ask us about our smaller venues.
What AV comes with the hall?
None with the hall hire, and outside AV vendors are not allowed. The hall's basic package has sound, 2 microphones and its 2 wall-mounted TVs; the professional package adds stage lighting; and its LED screen is booked per use. The sound packages run in 5-hour blocks, so for a 6-hour session or a full day we price the extra hours too. We book what your programme needs and add it to your written quotation.
How long is a session?
Six hours: 9am to 3pm or 5pm to 11pm, with set-up from 2 hours before. Everything is cleared within the session, so we plan your programme to finish in time. Running a full-day conference, or a conference and a dinner on the same day? Book the full day, 9am to 11pm, or add hours at the hall's hourly rate.
Can you invoice our company?
Yes. We send an itemised written quotation for your approval and invoice your company; confirm with your purchase order or the signed quotation. The hall is paid in full when it is booked, so the first invoice covers the hall hire plus a share of our services, and the rest follows the payment plan in your quotation.
Is the food halal?
Yes. Every menu comes from our own halal-certified kitchen, with a vegetarian choice in every course, so one buffet works for the whole company. The hall allows outside caterers. Tell us about allergies and we mark them on the menu.
Can we put up our banners and signage?
Yes, on stands. The hall does not allow nails, tacks or glue on its walls or curtains, and posters go only in its designated areas. Our décor team builds the stage backdrop, welcome signage and entrance in your colours, freestanding, and clears them within your session. Printed brand graphics are quoted with you.
Are you part of Fut Sing Wedding Hall?
No. Prime Events × Alangkaar is an independent events, catering and décor team. We book the hall for you at the hall's own rates and run the day from set-up to clear-out.
Is the price final?
It is built from the hall's current rates and our own menu, crew and coordination prices, nett with no service charge. For 2027 and later dates the hall confirms its rate, and your written quotation confirms the total once the hall confirms your date and session. The hall's sound, lighting and LED packages, any extra hours and its refundable deposit are added on top.
Can you send a formal quotation for our procurement?
Yes. Send the estimate from this page and a planner replies with an itemised written quotation, line by line, that you can file for approval.
What are the menu options?
Prime Essential is included in every package, from 30 guests, with Prime Signature and Prime Premium priced per guest on top; tea break & canapés as a lighter package; and conference tea breaks as add-ons, priced per guest on the venue page.
Can you do the stage and branding?
Yes, as an option: an LED wall (priced to size), or a goalpost truss with a printed banner backdrop wall. AV, staging and event extras are quoted with your planner.
Is there GST or a service charge?
No service charge, and the price you see is nett. Venue hire is passed through at the venue's own rate, with no mark-up from us.
