Can you invoice our company and work with a purchase order?
Yes. We send an itemised written quotation and an invoice in your company's name, and can quote against your purchase order. The hall and its tables and chairs are passed through at the association's own rates, with no mark-up.
How many guests can the hall take?
Up to 400 at round tables of 10 in the Lee Foundation Hall, on Level 2. For more, WhatsApp us.
Is AV included?
Tell us your programme and we add them to your written quote.
Can your kitchen cater at the Khalsa Association?
Yes. Our own kitchen caters your event here, with our own crew to serve and clear. The hall belongs to the Singapore Khalsa Association; we book it with you and handle its vendor terms.
Is the food halal?
Yes. Every menu is cooked in our own halal-certified kitchen, with a vegetarian choice in every course, so one buffet works for the whole company. Pick the vegetarian dish in every course for a fully vegetarian buffet. Tell us about allergies and we mark them on the menu.
Can we run a full-day conference here?
Yes. The hall is booked for the full day, so your sessions, a buffet lunch and a morning and an afternoon tea break fit in one booking. Each tea break is delivered as its own drop at its own time, so nothing sits out. We confirm the hall's hours for your date.
Are plates and cutlery included?
The hall allows no paper or plastic ware, so every menu here is served on porcelain plates with metal cutlery.
How do guests get there?
The hall is at 2 Tessensohn Road. Farrer Park MRT (NE8) Exit B is about a 6-minute walk, there is an open-air car park on site, and buses 21, 125, 130, 139 and 145 stop along Balestier Road.
Is the price final?
It is built from the association's current hall rates and our own menu, crew and coordination prices, all nett. Our table covers and chair covers are in the price. Sound and lighting are added to your written quote only if you want them. Refundable deposits are extra and come back after the event. For 2027 dates, we confirm the hall's rate for your date before you commit.
Can you send a formal quotation for our procurement?
Yes. Send the estimate from this page and a planner replies with an itemised written quotation, line by line, that you can file for approval.
What are the menu options?
Prime Essential is included in every package, from 30 guests, with Prime Signature and Prime Premium priced per guest on top; tea break & canapés as a lighter package; and conference tea breaks as add-ons, priced per guest on the venue page.
Can you do the stage and branding?
Yes, as an option: an LED wall (priced to size), or a goalpost truss with a printed banner backdrop wall. AV, staging and event extras are quoted with your planner.
Is there GST or a service charge?
No service charge, and the price you see is nett. Venue hire is passed through at the venue's own rate, with no mark-up from us.
