Since Diwali 2024 the club has handed its festive calendar to one team: florals, festive décor, stage and lighting, and the crew on the night. Six events across 2024, 2025 and 2026, shown exactly as they were photographed.
The club's first Diwali with us. A hand-laid rangoli at the entrance carried the club's own 67 mark; inside, a garland-hung stage, colour-wash lighting, bhangra dancers and a dhol player between the tables.
A masquerade for New Year's Eve. A red-flower tree dressed with masks became the stage centrepiece, with costumed performers, beam lighting and haze, and a confetti drop over the whole room.
Diwali again, a year on. A brass lamp on a rangoli at the door, marigold rope barriers and a gold carved panel framing the entrance; the room was set for dinner, then cleared for the dancing.
A wisteria ceiling in lilac over the whole room. A floral arch framed the club's neon sign, with a gold harp and a gold throne on a marbled runner; later, an illuminated dance floor and balloon drops in gold and purple.
The Year of the Horse. A gold rearing-horse centrepiece in the main room, with red lanterns hung along the ceiling beams; the horse stayed on as the room's centrepiece into the summer.
The club's Summer Party in July. An LED wall carried the party artwork over wooden barrels, and a sunset-toned stage with pink florals sat beside the gold horse; after dark, a shimmer-tinsel ceiling in violet.
One brief, one team, one invoice. The same people who lay the rangoli in October hang the wisteria in December and reset the room for the summer.
