    A show caller runs the programme. We tear down and clear the venue the same night.

    How quickly can we get a proposal?

    Within one working day of your brief you receive a line-by-line proposal: every item, quantity and price, with the crew and schedule.

    Do you own the equipment?

    Yes. LED video walls, staging, truss, lighting, sound, clear-span tents, furniture and décor come from our own warehouse, run by our own crew. Food comes from our own central kitchen.

    Can you work inside hotels, malls and government venues?

    Yes. We handle venue liaison, loading schedules, risk assessments and the permits an outdoor structure may need.

    Is the online estimate the final price?

    It is an indicative figure built from our published rental rates. The written proposal confirms the final price after we know your venue, date and show flow.

    Can you take only part of the event?

    Yes. Many clients start with AV and staging, or tentage, or festive decoration, and add the rest later. The rate card is the same either way.
