📜 Rental Terms, in Plain English

Rental day = up to 12 hours on site. Setup 2–6 hours before, collection within 2 hours after your last guest, latest 23:30. Extra days 40% each.

Delivery, setup & collection included islandwide for orders above $3,000. $180 under $1,000, $280 up to $3,000. Sentosa, CBD and no-lift venues may add crew.

Self-collect from our warehouse saves 15% on dry-hire items (chairs, tables, linens, uplighters, sashes, fans). Glass stages, LED walls, rigs and dance floors are always installed by our crew for safety.

Weekends +10%. Public holidays and peak weeks (F1, New Year's Eve, Deepavali, Christmas, Chinese New Year) +25%. Rush bookings under 7 days +20%.

Hours 12 on site included. Longer days add crew overtime at $150 per hour. Sentosa, islands and restricted-access venues +$150.

Deposit 50% to hold your date, balance 7 days before the event. Approved corporate accounts: PO and 30-day terms.

Reschedule once free with 14 days notice. Cancel 30+ days: 90% credit. 14–30 days: 50%. Under 14 days: deposit is used.

Damage beyond normal wear is charged at the replacement list (glass deck $180, starlight panel $45, chair $60). Public liability is on us.

Power from the venue (13 A sockets) unless you add a generator. We check this at the free site survey for orders above $2,000.

How does "Reserve" work?

Your booking summary opens in WhatsApp with a reference number. We confirm within business hours and send a deposit link. Your date is held once the deposit is paid. No agent fees, no commissions.

Why does it say "fully booked" for my date?

Our calendar fills fast and peak dates go first. When a date is committed the system blocks it so we never over-promise. Pick another date or ask us on WhatsApp about alternatives.

What if my venue has no power or no lift?

Choose "open field" or "stairs only" above. We add a generator or extra crew automatically so the quote is honest.

Can you also do the décor, catering and planning?

Yes. Rentals plug straight into our wedding and event packages. Ask us to bundle it and the rental line is included in one quote.
