How many guests can the Seletar Room take?
Up to 240 at 24 round tables of 10, which suits a dinner and dance, an awards night or a seminar at round tables.
What AV comes with the room?
A sound system with 2 cordless mics, an LCD projector and a motorised screen, with the 24 × 12 ft stage, round tables of 10 with ivory tablecloths and banquet chairs with ivory covers. The club does not allow outside equipment to plug into its sound system, and no event lighting is included.
Can we run a full-day conference here?
The room is booked in a 4-hour block, so a half-day seminar with a tea break and lunch fits best. For a full day, more hours can be added by the hour if the club has the room free. We check with the club and add them to your written quotation, with a second tea break if you need one.
Can you invoice our company?
Yes. We send an itemised written quotation for your approval and invoice your company. The first invoice covers the Seletar Room hire plus a share of our services, and the rest follows the payment plan in your quotation.
Do we need to be club members?
No. We book the Seletar Room with the club for you.
How do colleagues get there?
Colleagues who drive park free, subject to availability. By bus, take 103 or 117 from Yishun Bus Interchange, or 117 from the stop opposite Khatib MRT on Yishun Ave 2. Alight before West Camp Road (stop 68129), then walk along Seletar West Link into Seletar Club Road.
What drinks are included?
Every buffet comes with a chilled drink, such as fruit punch or iced lemon tea, and our tea breaks and canapés come with hot coffee and tea. Our kitchen is halal-certified and serves no liquor. If your company wants to bring its own, the club must agree it first and charges corkage, and duty-free liquor is not allowed, so ask us first.
Is the price final?
It is built from the club's rate for the Seletar Room on 2027 dates and our own menu, crew and coordination prices, all nett with no service charge. The club confirms its rate for 2026 and 2028 dates, so your written quotation confirms the venue hire once the club confirms your date and event. The club's lift deposit, any corkage, extra hours and any added sound, screens or lighting are on top of the total.
Can you send a formal quotation for our procurement?
Yes. Send the estimate from this page and a planner replies with an itemised written quotation, line by line, that you can file for approval.
Is the food halal?
Yes. Every menu is cooked in our halal-certified kitchen, so every colleague eats from the same buffet. Tell us about allergies and vegetarian guests and we mark them on the menu.
What are the menu options?
Prime Essential is included in every package, from 30 guests, with Prime Signature and Prime Premium priced per guest on top; tea break & canapés as a lighter package; and conference tea breaks as add-ons, priced per guest on the venue page.
Can you do the stage and branding?
Yes, as an option: an LED wall (priced to size), or a goalpost truss with a printed banner backdrop wall. AV, staging and event extras are quoted with your planner.
Is there GST or a service charge?
No service charge, and the price you see is nett. Venue hire is passed through at the venue's own rate, with no mark-up from us.
