Can you invoice our company and work with a purchase order?
Yes. We send an itemised written quotation and an invoice in your company's name, and can quote against your purchase order. The club's own hire may carry its service charge and GST, and your quotation shows them before you commit.
How many guests can we have?
From the club's capacity chart: about 420 at round tables with a stage and dance floor, up to 500 at a set dinner with no stage, 600 theatre-style, 550 for a cocktail reception and 400 in clusters. Buffets start at 30 guests, and the price builder goes up to 450; for more, ask us. For 250 or fewer, the ballroom also divides in two.
What AV comes with the ballroom?
The stage, a basic sound system and 2 microphones come with the room. Stage lighting and a larger screen or LED wall can be added to your written quotation — ask us.
Who caters, and is the food halal?
We do. Every menu comes from our own halal-certified kitchen and we cater at the club, with a vegetarian choice in every course, so one buffet works for the whole company. Tell us about allergies and we mark them on the menu.
Can we run a full-day conference here?
Yes. Set the ballroom in clusters or theatre-style facing the stage, and add one or two tea breaks to a buffet lunch; our team sets up and clears each break. Event hours and any overtime charge are set by the club, and we confirm them for your date.
Can we book half the ballroom?
The ballroom divides into two rooms, but the price here is for the whole ballroom. For 250 guests or fewer, ask us and we price the smaller room with the club for your date.
How do guests get there?
The club is at 22 Kensington Park Road, in the Serangoon Gardens estate, and has a basement car park — ask us about guest parking for your date. The club also lists a bus shuttle service for functions; ask us and we check it with the club.
Is there GST or a service charge?
We add no service charge, and our catering, crew and coordination are nett. The club's hire is different: the club may add its own service charge and GST, confirms them for your date, and your written quotation shows them before you commit.
Is the price final?
Our menu, crew and coordination prices are fixed. The venue part is our estimate of the club's hire: the club confirms it, and any service charge, GST or other club charges, for your date and year (2027 dates included), and your written quotation shows it before you commit.
Can you send a formal quotation for our procurement?
Yes. Send the estimate from this page and a planner replies with an itemised written quotation, line by line, that you can file for approval.
What are the menu options?
Prime Essential is included in every package, from 30 guests, with Prime Signature and Prime Premium priced per guest on top; tea break & canapés as a lighter package; and conference tea breaks as add-ons, priced per guest on the venue page.
Can you do the stage and branding?
Yes, as an option: an LED wall (priced to size), or a goalpost truss with a printed banner backdrop wall. AV, staging and event extras are quoted with your planner.
