Yes. Add it to your booking: Tea Ceremony Essentials at $288 or the Styled Tea Ceremony at $588 a couple. Styled adds a cream tea table with dried flowers and pampas, 2 elder chairs, sweet dumpling soup for up to 30 and a helper for an hour. We set it up in a corner of the ballroom, or deliver it to your home for a morning ceremony.
Yes. Say your vows on the stage, then go straight into dinner and your first dance. You book your own licensed solemniser; we plan the stage and the timing around the ceremony. For a small daytime ROM, our light bites and high tea menus start at 20 guests — ask us about the smaller room.
Yes. Every menu comes from our own halal-certified kitchen, and we cater at the club. Every tier has vegetarian dishes; tell us your guest mix and we build it into your quote.
The Kensington Ballroom, tables and chairs with table skirting set up by the club, the stage, a basic sound system and 2 microphones. Tablecloths and chair covers come from us. The club lists projectors, screens and a dance floor for the ballroom — tell us what you need and we confirm it with the club.
The ballroom divides into two rooms, but the price here is for the whole ballroom. For 250 guests or fewer, ask us and we price the smaller room with the club for your date.
Not on our catering, décor or planning: Alangkaar is not GST-registered and adds no service charge. The club's hire is different: the club may add its own service charge and GST, confirms them for your date, and your written quote shows them before you commit.
