Your company event at Fort Canning Park.

An air-conditioned hall with its own AV system and projector screen, a colonial house for a full-day offsite and heritage lawns, on a green hill in the middle of the city. Buffets and tea breaks from our own halal-certified kitchen, a stage styled by our décor team, and we invoice your company. See the estimate before you fill in a single form. Lawn family days need a tent, so we price those with you.

At a glance

  • Raffles House: 100 m² indoors with air-conditioning and ceiling fans, plus a 1,000 m² lawn — 60 to 80 seated inside
  • Function Hall, Level 2 of Fort Canning Centre: 250 m², air-conditioned, with an AV system and projector screen — up to 150 seated or 180 standing
  • Old Married Soldiers' Quarters: a restored colonial building with indoor and outdoor space — 40 seated indoors
  • Lawns, seated (NParks' figures, under a tent we bring): Fort Gate up to 600; Raffles Garden (two lawns), Fort Canning Green and Lawn @ The Foothills up to 500 each. We confirm the tent layout at a site visit
  • Raffles House, the Soldiers' Quarters and the lawns book for the full day, 8am–10pm; the Function Hall books in 4-hour blocks: 8am–12pm, 1pm–5pm or 6pm–10pm
  • Fort Canning Park, Singapore 179618 · Fort Canning Centre, 5 Cox Terrace · three car parks in the park
  • Capacity by layout (NParks' figures): Function Hall 150 seated or 180 standing; Raffles House 60 to 80 seated or 80 standing inside. Theatre and classroom layouts are confirmed at the site visit
  • 5 coach lots in the park for a chartered bus · wheelchair access from the Cox Terrace drop-off

Good to know

  • NParks has no tables or chairs. We bring them in at $45 a round table of 10 (with cloth) and $6 a chair, about $10.50 a guest. They are not in the live price; your written quote adds them. Theatre-style seating needs chairs only
  • The Function Hall's 4-hour block includes our set-up and clearing, and nothing can be set up before it starts. A dinner with a styled stage, or a seminar with lunch, may need an extra hour or a second block; your written quote adds it
  • Raffles House is priced at its full-day Friday-to-Sunday rate. It costs less Monday to Thursday, and a short meeting there or at the Soldiers' Quarters can book a 4-hour block instead — your written quote shows it
  • Raffles House and the Soldiers' Quarters have no sound system or projector; the Function Hall has its own AV. Every venue closes at 10pm, and set-up and clearing happen inside your booking
  • The Function Hall has a few pillars. We plan the seating and the screen around them at the site visit
  • Music runs from 8.30am to 9.30pm, and anything above 65 dBA at the venue boundary needs NParks' approval, so plan background music, not a loud band or DJ. A PA is for announcements only, with approval
  • The park does not allow open flames anywhere, so no candles or live flame stations: our food arrives ready from our own kitchen. No smoke or mist machines anywhere in the park, and no scattered confetti or petals outdoors
  • Stage lighting, an LED wall, an emcee and photography are not in this price. Anything that needs more power than a standard 13A socket needs NParks' written approval and a licensed electrical worker, and vehicles cannot enter the park without approval, so tell us early and we put it on your written quote
  • Nothing may be hung on the park's trees, plants or structures, so banners and backdrops stand on their own. The park is smoke-free
  • NParks needs the booking at least one calendar month before your date, and takes its fee in full to hold it. If you cancel 30 days or more ahead, it keeps 20% of that fee; under 30 days, it keeps all of it
  • The park is on a hill and there are steps up to Raffles House. Wheelchair access is from the Cox Terrace drop-off — tell us about guests with limited mobility and we plan the route
  • We send an itemised written quotation, invoice your company and can quote against your purchase order. Our catering, décor and coordination are nett, with no GST or service charge from us
  • Company family days on Fort Canning Green, the Fort Gate lawn, Raffles Garden or the Foothills need a tent, tables and chairs, so we price them with you on WhatsApp

Lighter options for shorter events.

Plain answers

Questions event teams ask.

Can you send a formal quotation and invoice our company?

Yes. We send an itemised written quotation you can file for approval, then an invoice in your company's name, and can quote against your purchase order. Our catering, décor and coordination are nett, with no GST or service charge from us. NParks takes its fee in full to confirm the date, so the first invoice covers the venue plus a share of our services.

What AV comes with the room?

The Function Hall has its own AV system and projector screen, with air-conditioning. Raffles House and the Old Married Soldiers' Quarters have no sound system or projector. Stage lighting, an LED wall or an emcee can be added to your written quote; anything that needs more power than a standard 13A socket needs NParks' written approval first, so tell us early.

How many guests can we have in each room?

The Function Hall takes up to 150 seated or 180 standing. Raffles House seats 60 to 80 inside, or 80 standing. The Old Married Soldiers' Quarters seats 40 indoors. These are NParks' figures; for theatre or classroom seating, tell us your format and we confirm the layout at the site visit, planned around the hall's pillars. The lawns take up to 500 or 600 seated under a tent, priced with you on WhatsApp.

How long do we get the room?

Raffles House and the Soldiers' Quarters are yours for the full day, 8am to 10pm, which suits an offsite or a workshop. The Function Hall books in 4-hour blocks, 8am–12pm, 1pm–5pm or 6pm–10pm, including set-up and clearing, and nothing can be set up before the block starts. The live price shows one block; a seminar with lunch or a dinner with a styled stage may need an extra hour or a second block, which your written quote adds.

Can we hold a company family day on a lawn?

Yes. NParks rates the Fort Gate lawn for up to 600 seated, and Raffles Garden, Fort Canning Green and Lawn @ The Foothills for up to 500 each. A lawn needs a tent, tables and chairs, so we price lawn events with you on WhatsApp rather than live on this page, and confirm the tent layout at a site visit.

Is the food halal?

Yes. Every menu comes from our own halal-certified kitchen, so the whole company eats from the same buffet. The park has no in-house caterer, so hirers bring one in, and that is us. Our food arrives ready from our kitchen, as the park allows no open flames.

How do guests get there?

The nearest MRT stations are Fort Canning (Exit B), Dhoby Ghaut (Exit B) and Clarke Quay (Exit E). There are three car parks in the park, with 5 coach lots for a chartered bus. The Function Hall is at Fort Canning Centre, 5 Cox Terrace. The park is on a hill: wheelchair access is from the Cox Terrace drop-off, and there are steps up to Raffles House.

How far ahead must we book?

NParks needs the booking at least one calendar month before your date, and any permits two weeks before. It confirms the date only once its fee is paid in full. If you cancel, NParks keeps 20% of its fee at 30 days or more ahead, and all of it under 30 days, so start your approval process early.

What is not in the live price?

Tables and chairs: NParks has none, so we bring them in (about $10.50 a guest, or $1,575 for 150 at round tables) and add them to your written quote. Extra hours in the Function Hall, stage lighting, an LED wall, an emcee and photography go on the written quote too, and a lawn family day with its tent is priced with you.

Is the price final?

Almost. Tables and chairs (about $10.50 a guest) go on your written quote, because NParks has none. It is built from NParks' 2026 rates and our own menu, décor and coordination prices, all nett. NParks' rates run to 31 December 2026, so 2027 dates are confirmed at its new rates. Your written quote confirms everything once NParks approves your date.

What are the menu options?

Buffets from $17.90 a guest, from 30 guests; tea break & canapés from $9.90 a guest; and conference tea breaks from $7.90 per guest.

Can you do the stage and branding?

Our own décor team builds the backdrop, stage styling and entrance. Pick a level in the price builder and see it in your total; printed brand graphics are quoted with you.

Is there GST or a service charge?

No service charge, and the price you see is nett. Venue hire is passed through at the venue's own rate, with no mark-up from us.
