11 Cove Drive, Sentosa Cove. The Constellation Ballroom is on the lobby level of ONE15 Marina Club, with a foyer that opens to the marina. Alangkaar is an approved external caterer at the club, and our team works from the club's halal-certified kitchen on the day.

Good to know

  • At ONE°15 Marina our menus start from the second of our three buffets, to match the club's standard
  • Lunch starts at 10am and dinner at 6pm. An earlier start for registration or set-up depends on the club's schedule, and we confirm it for your date
  • The ballroom price is the same on weekdays, weekends and public holidays
  • We book the whole ballroom for your session, so it gives the best value for larger headcounts
  • Want theatre-style or classroom seating instead of round tables? Tell us your layout and headcount, and we confirm it with the club's floor plan
  • The LED wall, 2 projectors and screens, moving heads and sound with 2 wireless mics come with the ballroom. Extra microphones, stage risers, live streaming or other production are not in the live price; tell us what you need and we quote it separately
  • Printed banners, standees and a branded backdrop print are not in the live price. Send us your artwork and we quote them with you
  • Parking coupons cover 30% of your guests and Sentosa entry covers 50%. Other guests pay their own parking and island entry, and we can add extra parking coupons
  • Every buffet comes with one chilled drink. The club can serve other soft drinks at a per-guest charge, so ask us for the rate. Want a bar? Ask us and we check what the club allows for your date
  • The breakfast with the Marina View Room is served at the club's Latitude Restaurant & Terrace and is not halal. The club's own restaurants are not halal either; every dish on your menu comes from our halal-certified kitchen
  • Speakers or colleagues staying over? Up to 3 rooms at the club's preferred rate with breakfast, subject to availability. Public holidays, their eves and the F1 weekend cost more
  • An emcee, photographer or entertainment is not in this price. Ask us and we add it to your written quote
  • We invoice your company. Send us your purchase order and we put its number on the invoice
  • Prices use the club's ballroom rate for events up to 30 June 2027. For later dates, the club confirms its rate when you book

How many guests can the Constellation Ballroom take?

Up to 360 guests, the club's maximum for the room. It is 571 m² and pillarless, on the club's lobby level, with a foyer that opens to the marina. For theatre-style or classroom seating, tell us your layout and headcount and we confirm it with the club's floor plan. The ballroom is booked whole for your session.

What AV comes with the room?

An LED wall, 2 projectors and screens, the club's pre-programmed gobo lights and moving heads, and a built-in sound system with 2 wireless microphones, all in the price. Extra microphones, stage risers, live streaming or other production are quoted separately.

Can you invoice our company?

Yes. You get an itemised written quotation for your approval process, and we invoice your company in one nett price, with no service charge added. Send us your purchase order and we put its number on the invoice.

Is the food halal?

Yes. Every menu comes from our own halal-certified kitchen, so the whole team can eat from the same buffet, and on the day our team works from the club's halal-certified kitchen. The club's own restaurants, and the breakfast that comes with the Marina View Room, are not halal.

Can we run a full-day conference here?

Yes. Book the lunch session, 10am to 4pm: the ballroom and foyer are yours for six hours, with a buffet lunch and a morning and afternoon tea break, each delivered at its own time. An earlier start for registration depends on the club's schedule, and we confirm it for your date.

Lunch or dinner — and do weekends cost more?

Lunch runs 10am to 4pm and dinner 6pm to 11pm, with the ballroom and foyer to yourselves. The ballroom price is the same on weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

Is there somewhere for Muslim colleagues to pray?

Yes. 2 prayer rooms come with the ballroom for 4 hours of your session. Tell us the prayer times you need and we plan the programme around them.

How do our guests get there, and is parking included?

The club is at 11 Cove Drive, Sentosa Cove, with parking at the Sentosa Cove Village car park next to it. The nearest MRT is HarbourFront, and guests without a car take a taxi or ride-hail from there. Your booking includes 2 VIP lots at the lobby driveway, parking coupons for 30% of your guests and Sentosa entry for 50%. Other guests pay their own parking and island entry, and we can add more parking coupons. Coming by company coach? Tell us and we check the drop-off with the club.

Can we have a bar at our dinner & dance?

Our kitchen is halal-certified, so we do not run a bar ourselves. If you want one, ask us and we check what the club allows for your date before you commit.

Is the price final?

It is built from the club's current ballroom rate and our own menu, décor and coordination prices, in one nett price, with nothing added on top for the club's part or ours. The club's rate is set for events up to 30 June 2027; for later dates, including 2028, the club confirms its rate when you book. Your written quote confirms everything once the club confirms your date and session.

Can you send a formal quotation for our procurement?

Yes. Send the estimate from this page and a planner replies with an itemised written quotation, line by line, that you can file for approval.

What are the menu options?

Buffets from $25.90 a guest, from 30 guests; tea break & canapés from $9.90 a guest; and conference tea breaks from $7.90 per guest.

Can you do the stage and branding?

Our own décor team builds the backdrop, stage styling and entrance. Pick a level in the price builder and see it in your total; printed brand graphics are quoted with you.

Is there GST or a service charge?

No service charge, and the price you see is nett. Venue hire is passed through at the venue's own rate, with no mark-up from us.
