How many guests can we have?
The Grand Ballroom takes 800 theatre-style, 480 at round tables, 360 classroom or 240 U-shape. Ballroom 1 or 2 takes 400 theatre-style or 240 at round tables. The price builder counts up to the round-table figure; for a bigger theatre-style session, tell us your headcount and we put it in your written quotation. For 60 to 132, ask us about the club's Level 4 event spaces. Our buffets start at 30 guests.
What AV comes with the ballroom?
The Grand Ballroom comes with a 14.4 × 3.6 m stage, 4 projectors and screens, 4 wireless mics, the sound system and a soundman. Ballroom 1 or 2 comes with a 7.2 × 3.6 m stage, 2 projectors and screens and 2 wireless mics. Stage lighting or an LED wall is not in the live price; ask us and we add it to your written quotation.
Can we run a full-day conference?
Yes. Book the 8-hour block: talks on the stage, a buffet lunch, and a morning and an afternoon tea break, each delivered as a separate drop at its own time. Set-up and teardown happen inside your slot, plus 1 free hour of set-up before it starts, and every event ends by 11pm. More time can be added by the hour if the club has the room free.
Can you invoice our company?
Yes. You get an itemised written quotation in your company's name for your approval process. Confirm it with a purchase order or the signed quotation, and we invoice your company.
Can you hold a date while we get approval?
Yes. Send us the date and headcount, and we can place a soft hold with the club for 5 days, subject to availability, while your approval goes through.
Do we need to be HomeTeamNS members?
No. Anyone can book through us at the standard price. If your organiser is an Ordinary, Associate or Family member of HomeTeamNS, tick the member box in the price builder; the member price applies once the card is shown. Social membership does not qualify.
Is the food halal?
Yes. Every menu is cooked in our own halal-certified kitchen and arrives at the club ready to serve, with a vegetarian choice in every course, so every colleague eats from the same buffet. Tell us about allergies and we mark them on the menu.
Can you do the stage and branding?
Yes. Our own décor team builds the stage backdrop in your brand colours and styles the entrance, sized to the club's 14.4 m stage in the Grand Ballroom or the 7.2 m stage in Ballroom 1 or 2. Pick a level in the price builder and see it in your total. Your slides run on the ballroom's own screens, and printed brand graphics are quoted with you.
How do our guests get there?
2 Yishun Walk is about a 5-minute walk from Khatib MRT Exit B, along the park connector under the train tracks. Buses 39, 85, 117, 851, 852, 854, 855, 857, 858, 965 and 969 stop nearby. By car, turn into Yishun Walk from Yishun Avenue 2; the club has a car park, and your booking comes with 20 parking coupons for the Grand Ballroom or 10 for Ballroom 1 or 2.
Is the price final?
The venue part is built from the club's 2026 rates, which already include the club's GST, with no mark-up from us. Our catering, crew and coordination are nett, with no service charge added. The club may revise its rates for 2027 onwards, so your written quotation confirms the venue hire once the club confirms your date and slot. Extra hours and extra parking coupons are on top.
Can you send a formal quotation for our procurement?
Yes. Send the estimate from this page and a planner replies with an itemised written quotation, line by line, that you can file for approval.
What are the menu options?
Prime Essential is included in every package, from 30 guests, with Prime Signature and Prime Premium priced per guest on top; tea break & canapés as a lighter package; and conference tea breaks as add-ons, priced per guest on the venue page.
Is there GST or a service charge?
No service charge, and the price you see is nett. Venue hire is passed through at the venue's own rate, with no mark-up from us.
