Yes. We set up the tea table on the stage or in a corner of your ballroom, inside your booked slot. Tea Ceremony Essentials is $288 a couple: a porcelain tea set, red date and longan tea for up to 30 family members, 2 kneeling cushions, and set-up and collection. The Styled Tea Ceremony is $588 and adds a cream and boho tea table, 2 chairs for your elders, sweet dumpling soup for up to 30 and a helper for an hour. The tea is brewed in our kitchen and brought hot. Holding it at home in the morning instead? We deliver it there too.
Yes. The club hosts solemnisations in its ballrooms. You say your vows on the stage with your licensed solemniser, and we look after the room, décor and food. Vows Light Bites is $15.90 a guest and Vows High Tea is $21.90, from 20 guests, or choose a full buffet. A 4-hour booking in Ballroom 1 or 2 suits most ROMs.
Yes. Every menu is cooked in our own halal-certified kitchen and arrives at the club ready to serve. Every tier has vegetarian dishes; tell us your guest mix and any allergies, and we build them into your quote.
No. Anyone can book through us at the standard price. If you are an Ordinary, Associate or Family member of HomeTeamNS, tick the member box in the price builder. The member price applies once you show your card. Social membership does not qualify.
4 hours or 8 hours, and every event ends by 11pm. Set-up and teardown happen inside your slot, plus 1 free hour of set-up before it starts. More time can be added by the hour if the club has the room free.
Banquet or theatre furniture set up by the club in one layout, the stage, sound system with a soundman, projectors and wireless mics, the foyer, a private bridal room for weddings and complimentary parking coupons.
It is one nett price. Our catering, décor and planning carry no service charge or GST. The venue part is built from the club's 2026 rates, which already include the club's GST. The club may revise its rates for 2027 onwards, so your written quote confirms the venue hire once the club confirms your date and slot. Extra hours and extra parking coupons are on top.
The buffets start at 30 guests, and the solemnisation light bites at 20. Below that, talk to a planner and we will suggest a set-up that fits.
Not from us. Alangkaar is not GST-registered and adds no service charge, so our food, décor and planning are nett. Venue hire is at the venue's own rate, with no mark-up from us.
