How many guests can we have in each room?
The Grand Ballroom (the club's Compass Ballroom) seats up to 380 at banquet tables, and the three Bridge Rooms open into one room for up to 100. We plan the Atrium for up to 150 and the Lawn for up to 200, and a single Bridge Room suits a small meeting. For theatre or classroom seating, tell us your layout and we confirm the count with the club. Our buffets start at 30 guests.
Can you send a formal quotation and invoice our company?
Yes. Send the estimate from this page and a planner replies with an itemised written quotation, line by line, that you can file for approval. We invoice your company: confirm with your purchase order or the signed quotation, and the first invoice covers the venue hire plus a share of our services.
What AV comes with the rooms?
The club confirms what comes with each room for your date, such as tables, chairs, linen and sound. Projectors and screens, stage lighting or an LED wall beyond that are not in the live price; tell us your programme and we quote them on your written quotation.
Is the food halal?
Yes. Every menu comes from our own halal-certified kitchen, a registered vendor at Raffles Marina, so every colleague can eat from the same buffet. Every tier has vegetarian dishes; tell us about allergies and we mark them on the menu.
Can we run a full-day conference here?
Yes. Book the three Bridge Rooms (up to 100) or the Atrium as a full day, then add a lunch buffet and conference tea breaks, each delivered at its own time. The live price includes an event coordinator for 4 hours; for a longer programme we add the extra hours to your written quotation.
What is in the lawn price?
The lawn hire, our set-up and teardown crew, and the food and coordinator you pick, plus any stage styling you add. The lawn is bare, so outdoor tables, chairs, covers and any tent for shade or rain are added to your written quote.
Half day or full day?
The Lawn, Atrium and Bridge Rooms book as a half day or a full day; a single Bridge Room is half day only, and the club confirms the exact hours when we hold your date. The ballroom is one booking; the club confirms its hours for your date, and any extra hours go on your written quote.
How do guests get there?
10 Tuas West Drive is about a 5-minute walk from Tuas Link MRT on the East-West Line. Bus 192 runs from Boon Lay and bus 182 from Joo Koon, and the club has its own car park (guest parking is not in the live price). From Changi Airport, allow about 45 minutes by car.
Is the price final?
It is built from our current venue hire for the club and our own menu, crew and coordination prices. Your written quotation confirms the venue hire, including the hours and the rate for 2027 dates, once the club confirms your date and session.
Is there GST or a service charge?
No service charge from us, and our catering, crew and coordination are nett. The venue hire is inside your total, and your written quotation confirms the club's rate for your date and session.
What are the menu options?
Prime Essential is included in every package, from 30 guests, with Prime Signature and Prime Premium priced per guest on top; tea break & canapés as a lighter package; and conference tea breaks as add-ons, priced per guest on the venue page.
Can you do the stage and branding?
Yes, as an option: an LED wall (priced to size), or a goalpost truss with a printed banner backdrop wall. AV, staging and event extras are quoted with your planner.
