How many guests can we have?
Up to 400 at banquet tables in the Raffles Ballroom, or 600 standing for a cocktail-style reception. For a theatre or classroom layout, the resort confirms the count for your set-up; tell us your headcount and we will check it. Our buffets start at 30 guests.
Is AV included?
The resort describes the Raffles Ballroom as equipped with the latest audiovisual technology. What comes with the hire, and any AV technician, is set out in the resort's quote for your date, which we add at its own rate. LED screens, show lighting and printed brand graphics beyond that are quoted in writing from your brief.
Why is the ballroom not in the price?
Raffles Sentosa quotes the ballroom for each date. The live price covers our food, décor and planning; we add the ballroom to your written quote at the resort's own rate, with no Alangkaar mark-up.
Can you invoice our company?
Yes. You get an itemised written quotation for your approval process, and we invoice your company against your purchase order or the signed quotation.
What are the menu options?
Here: Prime Signature at $25.90 and Prime Premium at $36.90 a guest, from 30 guests; Networking Canapés at $19.90 a guest for a launch or reception, from 30 guests; and conference tea breaks from $7.90 a guest. Our entry buffet and the working tea break are not offered at this venue.
Can we run a full-day conference here?
Yes. Hold the sessions in the ballroom, with a buffet lunch and one or two tea breaks from our kitchen, each delivered as its own drop at its own time so nothing sits out. Two Tea Breaks (AM + PM) are $14.90 a guest, and one tea break (am or pm) $7.90. Need breakout rooms? Ask us and we will check them with the resort.
Is the food halal?
Yes. Every menu is cooked in our own halal-certified kitchen, and we cater at Raffles Sentosa, so every colleague can eat from the same buffet. Tell us about vegetarian guests and allergies and we mark them on the menu. Buffets here start at $25.90 a guest.
Can our speakers or leaders stay at the resort?
Raffles Sentosa is an all-villa resort with 62 villas, each with its own pool. Villas are booked with the resort; ask us and we will check your dates.
How do our guests get there?
Raffles Sentosa is at 4 Bukit Manis Road, Sentosa, about 15 minutes from the CBD and a 25-minute drive from Changi Airport. Ask us about parking, coaches and guest transport for your team.
Is the price final?
It covers our food, décor and planning at our current rates, nett. The resort quotes the ballroom for your date, whether in 2026 or 2027, including any service charge or GST it adds, and your written quote confirms the full total before you commit.
Can you send a formal quotation for our procurement?
Yes. Send the estimate from this page and a planner replies with an itemised written quotation, line by line, that you can file for approval.
Can you do the stage and branding?
Our own décor team builds the backdrop, stage styling and entrance. Pick a level in the price builder and see it in your total; printed brand graphics are quoted with you.
Is there GST or a service charge?
No service charge, and the price you see is nett. Venue hire is passed through at the venue's own rate, with no mark-up from us.
Who are Prime Events × Alangkaar?
Prime Events is the corporate events arm of the Alangkaar group, with Alangkaar's planners, halal-certified kitchen and décor team, planning events in Singapore since 1997.
