The pillarless Grand Ballroom takes up to 340 at round tables, 500 theatre-style or 255 classroom-style. It divides into the Waterfront and Water Haven ballrooms, each up to 160 at round tables, 250 theatre-style or 120 classroom-style. Buffets start at 30 guests, and the price builder goes up to 340; for a larger theatre-style session, ask us.
The Grand Ballroom comes with a 7.2 × 3.6 m modular stage with steps, the club's basic sound system, 2 projectors and screens and 4 wireless mics. The Waterfront or Water Haven comes with a 4.8 × 3.6 m stage, 1 projector and screen and 2 wireless mics. Bring a laptop with HDMI. A sound technician, stage lighting, an LED wall or live streaming are not in the live price; tell us what you need and we quote it.
Yes. You get an itemised written quotation for your approval process, and we invoice your company in one nett price, with no service charge added. Send us your purchase order and we put its number on the invoice.
No. Anyone can book through us at the standard price. The member price is for Ordinary, Associate and Family members of HomeTeamNS who show their card; Social membership does not qualify. If a member colleague is making the booking, tick the member box in the price builder and we confirm with the club whether the member price applies to your event.
Yes. Every menu is cooked in our own halal-certified kitchen and arrives ready to serve, so the whole company eats from the same buffet, with a vegetarian choice in every course. Tell us about allergies and we mark them on the menu.
Yes. Book an 8-hour block, set the room classroom-style or at round tables so everyone has a table for lunch, and add a morning and an afternoon tea break to the buffet; each break arrives as its own drop. The club's time slots are fixed, so we confirm the start time for your date. Set-up happens inside your slot, plus 1 free hour before it.
Yes. Monday to Thursday is the club's off-peak rate. Friday to Sunday, the eve of a public holiday and public holidays are peak.
The club is at 900 Bedok North Road. The nearest MRT is Bedok North (DT29), Exit A, and buses 8, 15, 23, 58 and 518 stop nearby. Parking at the club is at its prevailing rates; your booking includes 20 complimentary coupons with the Grand Ballroom or 10 with a single ballroom, and we can add pre-paid coupons for more guests. Coming by company coach? Tell us and we check the drop-off with the club.
Send us your date, headcount and ballroom. We can place a 5-day hold with the club while your approval goes through, and confirm the booking in writing.
Our menu, décor and coordination prices are fixed. The venue part is built from the club's 2026 rates for your ballroom, block and day. The club may revise its rates for 2027 onwards, so your written quotation confirms the venue hire once the club confirms your date and slot. Extra hours are on top of the total.
