Yes. The club lists its ballrooms for solemnisations. Hold your akad nikah at a dressed akad table at the front of the room, then go into the bersanding and the walimah in the same slot. The club sets one layout for your slot, so your guests watch the akad from their tables. Your marriage registration and your kadi or naib kadi are arranged by you with the Registry of Muslim Marriages (ROMM); we plan the room, the akad table, the seating and the timing around the ceremony.
Yes. Our own décor team designs and builds the pelamin at the stage end of your ballroom, with the aisle and the entrance to match. The club's stage is 7.2 × 3.6 m in the Grand Ballroom and 4.8 × 3.6 m in the Waterfront or Water Haven. Pick the décor level in the price builder; the Royal Bersanding Dais adds a couple's sofa on a styled dais.
Yes. Every dish is cooked in our own halal-certified kitchen and arrives ready to serve, so every guest eats from the same buffet. Tell us about allergies and we mark them on the menu.
You book a 4-hour or an 8-hour slot, and every event ends by 11pm. Set-up and clearing happen inside your slot, plus 1 free hour of set-up before it starts. For an akad nikah with a walimah, take 8 hours, so the akad, the bersanding and a long lunch never feel rushed. A bertunang, an aqiqah or an akad nikah with lunch for close family fits a 4-hour slot. Extra hours are charged at the club's hourly rate.
No. Anyone can book through us at the standard price. If you are an Ordinary, Associate or Family member of HomeTeamNS, tick the member box in the price builder. The member price applies once you show your card. Social membership does not qualify.
The Grand Ballroom takes up to 340 guests at round tables. For 160 or fewer, the Waterfront or Water Haven ballroom keeps the room full and the price lower. Each half has its own stage, a projector and screen, and 2 wireless mics.
The price builder goes up to 340, the seats at round tables in the Grand Ballroom. At a walimah guests often come and go through the afternoon, so WhatsApp us your total guest count and we plan the tables, the timing and the buffet for it in your written quote.
Tell us when you book. We ask the club what it can set aside for prayers during your slot, let you know before you confirm, and plan the programme around the prayer times.
The nearest MRT is Bedok North (DT29), Exit A, and buses 8, 15, 23, 58 and 518 serve the club. Guests who drive park at the club at its usual rates; your booking includes 20 complimentary parking coupons with the Grand Ballroom, or 10 with a single ballroom.
Send us your date and guest count. We can place a 5-day hold with the club while you decide, and confirm the booking in writing.
Our menu, décor and planning prices are fixed and nett, with no GST or service charge from us. The venue part is built from the club's 2026 rates for your ballroom, slot and day. The club may revise its rates for 2027 onwards, so your written quote confirms the venue hire once the club confirms your date and slot. Extra hours are on top of the total.
Nothing we bring has any: our kitchen is halal-certified, we serve no alcohol and no non-halal drinks, and our crew pours nothing else at your event. The venue's own bar and its other rooms are the venue's to run, so tell us what you need for your day and we put it in writing with the venue before you commit.
Yes. Akad Nikah Light Refreshments start at $14.90 a guest, from 20 guests, and suit the akad at the venue or at home before the walimah.
No. The couple registers the marriage with the Registry of Muslim Marriages (ROMM) and chooses the kadi or naib kadi from ROMM's panel when filing the application. We look after the venue, the food, the pelamin and the running of the day.

The buffets start at 30 guests, and the akad refreshments at 20. Below that, talk to a planner and we will suggest a set-up that fits.
Not from us. Alangkaar is not GST-registered and adds no service charge, so our food, décor and planning are nett. Venue hire is at the venue's own rate, with no mark-up from us.
