How many guests can we have?
Up to 380 at 38 round tables of 10. For theatre or classroom seating, tell us your headcount and we confirm the layout with the hotel.
What AV comes with the ballroom?
Stage lighting, an LED wall or extra microphones are not in the live price; ask us and we add them to your written quotation.
Who serves the food?
We do. The hotel rents the Laguna Ballroom as a venue and allows outside caterers, so we bring the food from our own halal-certified kitchen, the plates, cutlery and glassware, the buffet equipment and the service team.
How long is the booking?
One session. For a lunch, set-up starts at 8am and the room is cleared by 3.30pm; for a dinner, set-up starts at 5pm and the room is cleared by 11pm.
Can you invoice our company?
Yes. You get an itemised written quotation in your company's name for your approval process. Confirm it with a purchase order or the signed quotation, and we invoice your company.
Is the price final?
It is built from the hotel's rate for the Laguna Ballroom and our own menu, crew and coordination prices, shown as one package, nett with no service charge added. The rates on file cover events to 31 March 2028. Your written quotation locks the total once the hotel confirms your date.
Can you send a formal quotation for our procurement?
Yes. Send the estimate from this page and a planner replies with an itemised written quotation, line by line, that you can file for approval.
Is the food halal?
Yes. Every menu is cooked in our halal-certified kitchen, so every colleague eats from the same buffet. Tell us about allergies and vegetarian guests and we mark them on the menu.
What are the menu options?
Prime Hotel Buffet is included in every package at this hotel, with Prime Hotel Signature, Premium and Executive to compare with your planner; and conference tea breaks are add-ons, priced per guest on the venue page.
Can you do the stage and branding?
Yes, as an option: an LED wall (priced to size), or a goalpost truss with a printed banner backdrop wall. AV, staging and event extras are quoted with your planner.
Is there GST or a service charge?
No service charge, and the price you see is nett. Venue hire is passed through at the venue's own rate, with no mark-up from us.
