For lunch, set-up starts at 8am and the ballroom is cleared by 3.30pm. For dinner, set-up starts at 5pm and the ballroom is cleared by 11pm.

We do. The hotel hires out the ballroom only, so our crew brings the plates, cutlery, glassware and buffet equipment, and serves your guests.
