The first payment covers the venue hire plus a share of our services. The rest follows the plan you choose.
Yes. Hold your akad nikah at the front of your ballroom, then go into the bersanding and the walimah, or light refreshments, in the same 4-hour session. Your marriage is registered with the Registry of Muslim Marriages (ROMM), which is also where you choose your kadi or naib kadi; we set the akad table and plan the stage, the seating and the timing around your akad. If you need longer, extra hours can be added at the hotel's rate in your written quote.
Yes. Our own décor team designs and builds the pelamin on the hotel's stage: 18 × 8 ft in every room, or 24 × 12 ft with the 25-table Atrium layout. Pick the styling level in the price builder; the recommended level suits your guest count.
The Atrium Ballroom takes 250 to 350 guests, the Changi Ballroom 150 to 180 and the Seletar Ballroom 140 to 160. Pick the room your guest list fills, and the price per guest stays lower. Over 350 guests? WhatsApp us.
Your ballroom for 4 hours (lunch 11am–3pm or dinner 7pm–11pm), the stage, round tables and chairs, the buffet counters, a sound system with 2 wireless mics, built-in projectors and screens, ice and hot water, and parking coupons for up to 40% of your guests. Weddings also include one night in the Bridal Suite with halal breakfast for two, and set-up the day before, subject to the hotel's availability.
Yes. Every menu comes from our own halal-certified kitchen, and the Bridal Suite breakfast is halal too.
For a walimah, yes. An akad nikah and a walimah lunch together fit inside one session, but it is tight. Extra hours can be added at the hotel's rate — ask us and we put them in your written quote.
Tell us when you book. We ask the hotel what it can set aside for prayers during your session and let you know before you confirm.
Yes. The price builder prices them with the same ballrooms, buffets and styling. The hotel's rate in your price is its wedding rate, so for these events the hotel confirms the ballroom rate and inclusions for your date before you commit.
Your Bridal Suite night is included with a wedding. Family and friends can ask for the hotel's preferred room rates, subject to availability.
It is one nett price, with no service charge or GST added on top. It is built from the hotel's wedding rate for the ballroom, fixed for weddings held up to 31 December 2027, and our own menu, décor and planning prices. For 2028 dates and for events other than weddings, the hotel confirms the ballroom first. Your written quote confirms the total once the hotel confirms your date.
Nothing we bring has any: our kitchen is halal-certified, we serve no alcohol and no non-halal drinks, and our crew pours nothing else at your event. The venue's own bar and its other rooms are the venue's to run, so tell us what you need for your day and we put it in writing with the venue before you commit.
Yes. Akad Nikah Light Refreshments start at $14.90 a guest, from 20 guests, and suit the akad at the venue or at home before the walimah.
No. The couple registers the marriage with the Registry of Muslim Marriages (ROMM) and chooses the kadi or naib kadi from ROMM's panel when filing the application. We look after the venue, the food, the pelamin and the running of the day.
Yes. Our own décor team designs and builds the pelamin, the bersanding dais and the entrance, scaled to your room and guest count. Pick a level in the price builder and see it in your total.
The buffets start at 30 guests, and the akad refreshments at 20. Below that, talk to a planner and we will suggest a set-up that fits.
Not from us. Alangkaar is not GST-registered and adds no service charge, so our food, décor and planning are nett. Venue hire is at the venue's own rate, with no mark-up from us.
