How many guests can we have?
Up to 220 at banquet tables, or 250 theatre-style. The price builder counts up to the banquet figure; for theatre-style rows, tell us your headcount and we confirm the layout with the club. Our buffets start at 30 guests.
What AV comes with the room?
Basic AV and a sound system. Need a projector and screen, extra microphones or stage lighting?
How long is the booking?
One 4-hour slot: lunch from 11am to 3pm, or dinner from 6pm to 10pm.
Can you cater at the club?
Yes. The club normally keeps catering in-house, and it welcomes our own halal-certified kitchen here. Every menu has a vegetarian choice in every course.
Can you invoice our company?
Yes. You get an itemised written quotation in your company's name for your approval process. Confirm it with a purchase order or the signed quotation, and we invoice your company.
Is the price final?
It is built from the club's 2026 rates for your day and session and our own menu, crew and coordination prices, all nett. For 2027 and later dates the club confirms its rate. Parking coupons, any added AV and extra time are on top, and your written quotation confirms the total once the club confirms your date.
Can you send a formal quotation for our procurement?
Yes. Send the estimate from this page and a planner replies with an itemised written quotation, line by line, that you can file for approval.
Is the food halal?
Yes. Every menu is cooked in our halal-certified kitchen, so every colleague eats from the same buffet. Tell us about allergies and vegetarian guests and we mark them on the menu.
What are the menu options?
Prime Essential is included in every package, from 30 guests, with Prime Signature and Prime Premium priced per guest on top; tea break & canapés as a lighter package; and conference tea breaks as add-ons, priced per guest on the venue page.
Can you do the stage and branding?
Yes, as an option: an LED wall (priced to size), or a goalpost truss with a printed banner backdrop wall. AV, staging and event extras are quoted with your planner.
Is there GST or a service charge?
No service charge, and the price you see is nett. Venue hire is passed through at the venue's own rate, with no mark-up from us.
