How many guests can we have?
Up to 650 at banquet tables in the Pacific Ballroom. For theatre or classroom seating, tell us your headcount and we confirm the layout with the hotel.
What comes with the ballroom?
A 24 × 12 ft main stage and an LED wall, banquet tables with linen and chairs, up to 50 parking coupons, a prayer room and a washing point. Stage lighting and microphones are not in the live price; ask us and we add them to your written quotation.
How long is the booking?
4 hours of exclusive use, with a standard 2-hour set-up before.
Who do we deal with?
Us. The hotel works with us directly, so your planner handles the hotel for you, and we bring the crew, plates, buffet equipment and food from our own halal-certified kitchen.
Can you invoice our company?
Yes. You get an itemised written quotation in your company's name for your approval process. Confirm it with a purchase order or the signed quotation, and we invoice your company.
Is the price final?
It includes the Pacific Ballroom, plus our own menu, crew and coordination prices, nett with no service charge added. Your written quotation locks the total once the hotel confirms your date.
Can you send a formal quotation for our procurement?
Yes. Send the estimate from this page and a planner replies with an itemised written quotation, line by line, that you can file for approval.
Is the food halal?
Yes. Every menu is cooked in our halal-certified kitchen, so every colleague eats from the same buffet. Tell us about allergies and vegetarian guests and we mark them on the menu.
What are the menu options?
Prime Hotel Buffet is included in every package at this hotel, with Prime Hotel Signature, Premium and Executive to compare with your planner; and conference tea breaks are add-ons, priced per guest on the venue page.
Can you do the stage and branding?
Yes, as an option: an LED wall (priced to size), or a goalpost truss with a printed banner backdrop wall. AV, staging and event extras are quoted with your planner.
Is there GST or a service charge?
No service charge, and the price you see is nett. Venue hire is passed through at the venue's own rate, with no mark-up from us.
