How many guests can we have?

HAUS217 is comfortable for 80 and seats up to 100. Our buffets, tea breaks and canapés start at 30 guests.

What AV comes with the space?

2 projectors, 2 wireless handheld mics and professional wired sound, with dedicated AV staff to run your music and video. Stage lighting or extra production can be added to your written quotation.

How long is the booking?

A half-day booking, with 2 hours of set-up and 1 hour of teardown included. The hours are confirmed when you book. Need longer? Ask us and we check it with HAUS217.

Can we bring our dogs?

Yes. HAUS217 is pet-friendly, so your team can bring their furry friends.

Can you invoice our company?

Yes. You get an itemised written quotation in your company's name for your approval process. Confirm it with a purchase order or the signed quotation, and we invoice your company.

Is the price final?

It is built from HAUS217's rate for a half-day booking and our own menu, crew and coordination prices, all nett, with no service charge added. Your written quotation confirms the date and hours with HAUS217.

Can you send a formal quotation for our procurement?

Yes. Send the estimate from this page and a planner replies with an itemised written quotation, line by line, that you can file for approval.

Is the food halal?

Yes. Every menu is cooked in our halal-certified kitchen, so every colleague eats from the same buffet. Tell us about allergies and vegetarian guests and we mark them on the menu.

What are the menu options?

Prime Essential is included in every package, from 30 guests, with Prime Signature and Prime Premium priced per guest on top; tea break & canapés as a lighter package; and conference tea breaks as add-ons, priced per guest on the venue page.

Can you do the stage and branding?

Yes, as an option: an LED wall (priced to size), or a goalpost truss with a printed banner backdrop wall. AV, staging and event extras are quoted with your planner.

Is there GST or a service charge?

No service charge, and the price you see is nett. Venue hire is passed through at the venue's own rate, with no mark-up from us.
