How many guests can we have?
Up to 260 at 26 round tables of 10 in the Chengal Ballroom, and up to 130 at 13 tables in the Camellia Ballroom. For theatre or classroom seating, tell us your headcount and we confirm the layout with the hotel.
What AV comes with the ballroom?
Two LCD projectors, built-in sound, a stage and wifi, and LED screens in the Chengal Ballroom. Stage lighting or extra microphones are not in the live price; ask us and we add them to your written quotation.
Can you cater at Crowne Plaza Changi Airport?
Yes. Our own halal-certified kitchen caters your event here, with our own crew to serve and clear.
How long is the booking?
One session: lunch from 10am to 4pm, with set-up from 8am (or the day before if the room is free), or dinner from 7pm to 11pm, with set-up from 5pm.
Can you invoice our company?
Yes. You get an itemised written quotation in your company's name for your approval process. Confirm it with a purchase order or the signed quotation, and we invoice your company.
Is the price final?
It is built from the hotel's 2026 or 2027 rate for your ballroom and session and our own menu, crew and coordination prices, nett with no service charge added. For 2028 dates the total is a guide. Your written quotation locks the total once the hotel confirms your date, before you pay anything.
Can you send a formal quotation for our procurement?
Yes. Send the estimate from this page and a planner replies with an itemised written quotation, line by line, that you can file for approval.
Is the food halal?
Yes. Every menu is cooked in our halal-certified kitchen, so every colleague eats from the same buffet. Tell us about allergies and vegetarian guests and we mark them on the menu.
What are the menu options?
Prime Hotel Buffet is included in every package at this hotel, with Prime Hotel Signature, Premium and Executive to compare with your planner; and conference tea breaks are add-ons, priced per guest on the venue page.
Can you do the stage and branding?
Yes, as an option: an LED wall (priced to size), or a goalpost truss with a printed banner backdrop wall. AV, staging and event extras are quoted with your planner.
Is there GST or a service charge?
No service charge, and the price you see is nett. Venue hire is passed through at the venue's own rate, with no mark-up from us.
