How many guests can we have?
Up to 400 at 40 tables of 10, under our marquee on the lawn. The marquee grows with your table count, so a smaller group pays for a smaller marquee. Our buffets start at 30 guests.
Is the venue hire in the price?
No. Changi Cottage quotes its own hire for your date, and we add it to your written quotation at its own rate, with no mark-up from us. This estimate covers our marquee, catering, crew and coordination.
Can you cater at Changi Cottage?
Yes. Our own halal-certified kitchen caters your event at Changi Cottage, with a vegetarian choice in every course and our own crew to serve and clear.
What comes with the marquee?
Flooring, tables, chairs and toilets, sized to your table count, put up and cleared by our crew. The lawn has no sound system, so we bring one in for your programme and show it on your written quotation.
Can you invoice our company?
Yes. You get an itemised written quotation in your company's name for your approval process. Confirm it with a purchase order or the signed quotation, and we invoice your company.
Is the price final?
Not yet. It covers our marquee, catering, crew and coordination at our current rates, all nett. Changi Cottage confirms its hire and its terms for your date. We confirm all of it with the venue before you pay anything, and your written quotation then shows the full total.
Can you send a formal quotation for our procurement?
Yes. Send the estimate from this page and a planner replies with an itemised written quotation, line by line, that you can file for approval.
Is the food halal?
Yes. Every menu is cooked in our halal-certified kitchen, so every colleague eats from the same buffet. Tell us about allergies and vegetarian guests and we mark them on the menu.
What are the menu options?
Prime Essential is included in every package, from 30 guests, with Prime Signature and Prime Premium priced per guest on top; tea break & canapés as a lighter package; and conference tea breaks as add-ons, priced per guest on the venue page.
Can you do the stage and branding?
Yes, as an option: an LED wall (priced to size), or a goalpost truss with a printed banner backdrop wall. AV, staging and event extras are quoted with your planner.
Is there GST or a service charge?
No service charge, and the price you see is nett. Venue hire is passed through at the venue's own rate, with no mark-up from us.
