How many guests can the ballroom hold?

Up to 400 at round tables in the full Grand Ballroom without a stage, or up to 160 in Ballroom 1 or 2. A stage backdrop takes floor space: the resort's sample floor plan, with a centre stage and aisle, seats 24 tables. For theatre-style, classroom or standing layouts, tell us your headcount and the resort confirms the capacity for your layout.

What AV comes with the room?

The resort includes its sound system, lighting and LCD projectors with the ballroom, in the price. The resort also lists an 11.5 m LED screen; it is not in the live price, so ask us to add it. Send us your run-down and we confirm the AV set-up with the resort.

Can you run a full-day conference here?

Yes. Pick the conference preset: a buffet lunch plus a morning and an afternoon tea break, each delivered at the time you set, in Ballroom 1 or 2. Ask us about breakout rooms in the resort's events building; they are not in the live price.

Can you invoice our company?

Yes. You get an itemised written quotation for your approval, and we invoice your company in one nett price, with no service charge added. Send us your purchase order and we put its number on the invoice.

How do our guests get there?

Take the Sentosa Express from VivoCity, next to HarbourFront MRT, to Imbiah Station; the resort is about a 5-minute walk away. The resort also runs a complimentary shuttle to and from HarbourFront, opposite VivoCity. Guests who drive pay Sentosa's island admission.

Is the price final?

It is built from the resort's rate for your event year — 2026, or 2027 to 2028 — and our own menu, décor and coordination prices, all nett. Your written quotation confirms it once the resort confirms your date. For 2029 onwards, the resort confirms its rate first.

Can you send a formal quotation for our procurement?

Yes. Send the estimate from this page and a planner replies with an itemised written quotation, line by line, that you can file for approval.

Is the food halal?

Yes. Every menu is cooked in our halal-certified kitchen, so every colleague eats from the same buffet. Tell us about allergies and vegetarian guests and we mark them on the menu.

What are the menu options?

Buffets from $25.90 a guest, from 30 guests; tea break & canapés from $9.90 a guest; and conference tea breaks from $7.90 per guest.

Can you do the stage and branding?

Our own décor team builds the backdrop, stage styling and entrance. Pick a level in the price builder and see it in your total; printed brand graphics are quoted with you.

Is there GST or a service charge?

No service charge, and the price you see is nett. Venue hire is passed through at the venue's own rate, with no mark-up from us.
