Yes. Book the full day, about 8am to 5pm: the akad nikah at a dressed akad table in the morning, then the bersanding on the pelamin and the walimah lunch in the same hall. For a smaller akad with lunch or light refreshments, a half day is enough. Add the Akad Nikah Set-up in the price builder for the akad table, dressed chairs for the groom, wali, kadi and witnesses, and a hantaran display. Your marriage registration with the Registry of Muslim Marriages (ROMM) and your kadi or naib kadi stay with you and your family; we plan the hall, the food and the timing around the ceremony.
Yes. Every dish on every menu is cooked in our own halal-certified kitchen and arrives at the club ready to serve on our own buffet line. The certification is our kitchen's; the club provides the hall. Tell us about any allergies when you choose your dishes.
Yes. The hall comes with a stage, and our own décor team builds your pelamin on it, with the backdrop, flower rows and a styled entrance. Choose the décor level in the price builder; the recommended level suits your occasion and guest count. We work to the club's décor rules, so hanging florals or chandeliers need the club's approval first.
Up to 200 at banquet tables. Our buffets start at 30 guests and the akad light refreshments at 20. For an open-house walimah where guests come and go through the afternoon, ask us before you book and we plan it with the club around your full guest list.
No. The Banquet Hall is booked through us; membership is not required.
A prayer space is not part of the hall booking we have on file. A full day runs through Zohor and Asar, so tell us your prayer times: we ask the club what it can offer on your date and plan the programme around them.
We plan your arrival into the Banquet Hall with you. If your family brings a kompang group, we check the timing and the club's house rules for your date first.
Yes. A half day suits a lunch for family and friends: a Hari Raya open house, a bertunang with the sarung cincin and the hantaran exchange, or an aqiqah and cukur jambul, with a buffet from our kitchen. Pick the occasion above to see the price for your guest count.
A projector, screen, 2 microphones, sound system, stage and tablecloths, with the hall's tables and chairs and a complimentary car park. The pelamin, décor and food come from us.
It is one nett price, built from the club's rates and our own menu, décor and planning prices, with no service charge or GST added on top. Public holidays and their eves cost a little more for the hall, and 2027 dates are confirmed at the club's rates when you book. Your written quote confirms it once the club confirms your date.
Nothing we bring has any: our kitchen is halal-certified, we serve no alcohol and no non-halal drinks, and our crew pours nothing else at your event. The venue's own bar and its other rooms are the venue's to run, so tell us what you need for your day and we put it in writing with the venue before you commit.
Yes. Akad Nikah Light Refreshments start at $14.90 a guest, from 20 guests, and suit the akad at the venue or at home before the walimah.
No. The couple registers the marriage with the Registry of Muslim Marriages (ROMM) and chooses the kadi or naib kadi from ROMM's panel when filing the application. We look after the venue, the food, the pelamin and the running of the day.
