  • Planning a homam or any open flame? Ask us before you book — it needs the club's approval
  • Décor rules: no drilling, nailing or strong adhesives, and nothing hung from the ceiling without the club's approval — our team works to them
  • Set-up can start up to 4 hours before your event; everything is cleared after
  • The club confirms bookings on its signed quotation
  • Public holidays and their eves cost a little more for the hall; your written quote shows the final figure
  • Elderly or wheelchair guests? Ask us about access to the Level 2 hall before you book

Do we need to be club members?

No. The Banquet Hall is booked through us; membership is not required.

Can we have a homam (fire ceremony)?

Ask us before you book. Any open flame needs the club's approval, and we will check it for your date.

How many guests fit?

Up to 200 at banquet tables.

What does the hall include?

A projector, screen, 2 microphones, sound system, stage and tablecloths, with the hall's tables and chairs and a complimentary car park.

Half day or full day?

Half day is about 8am to 12pm and full day about 8am to 5pm, flexible subject to the club's availability.

Is the price final?

It is built from the club's rates and our own menu, décor and planning prices. Public holidays and their eves cost a little more for the hall, and 2027 dates are confirmed at the club's rates when you book. Your written quote confirms it once the club confirms your date.
