Yes. In the lunch block, 12pm to 4pm, the akad nikah comes first, then the bersanding on the pelamin and the walimah buffet. For more time, book the full day: one 8-hour block for both. An akad before your block starts depends on the hotel's schedule, and we confirm it for your date. Your marriage registration with the Registry of Muslim Marriages (ROMM) and your kadi or naib kadi stay with you and your family; we plan the stage, the food and the timing around the ceremony.

Yes. Every dish is cooked in our own halal-certified kitchen and served by our own crew, with no pork, no lard and no alcohol. Ask us about vegetarian dishes for any of your guests.

Tell us your prayer times and we check a room with the hotel for your date. We then build the programme around them, so the family can pray between the akad nikah, the bersanding and the meal.

The Polaris Ballroom for your block, with the hotel's service charge and GST already in. A buffet from our own halal-certified kitchen with our service staff, the pelamin and décor you choose, and our planning team or an event coordinator on the day, depending on your event. Our food, décor and planning are nett.

Lunch runs 12pm to 4pm and dinner 7pm to 11pm. A full day is one 8-hour block, so the akad nikah and the walimah can share one booking. The full-day price covers one meal; we can add a second.

Up to 300 at banquet tables on the hotel's plan, 420 theatre-style or 450 for a cocktail. The ballroom can also be divided into smaller sections (Polaris 1 to 3), so ask us about a smaller akad, bertunang or aqiqah.

We plan the couple's arrival into the ballroom with you. If your family brings a kompang group, we check it with the hotel for your date first.

It is built from the hotel's 2027 rates and our own menu, décor and planning prices. For a 2026 or 2028 date, your written quote confirms the hotel's rate. Your written quote is final once the hotel confirms your date and session.

28 Stevens Road. Stevens MRT (Downtown and Thomson–East Coast lines) is about a 6-minute walk, per the hotel. The ballroom sits next to the hotel's sheltered driveway, which takes cars and coaches, so the bridal car and older guests can arrive close to the door.

Nothing we bring has any: our kitchen is halal-certified, we serve no alcohol and no non-halal drinks, and our crew pours nothing else at your event. The venue's own bar and its other rooms are the venue's to run, so tell us what you need for your day and we put it in writing with the venue before you commit.

Yes. Akad Nikah Light Refreshments start at $14.90 a guest, from 20 guests, and suit the akad at the venue or at home before the walimah.

No. The couple registers the marriage with the Registry of Muslim Marriages (ROMM) and chooses the kadi or naib kadi from ROMM's panel when filing the application. We look after the venue, the food, the pelamin and the running of the day.

Yes. Our own décor team designs and builds the pelamin, the bersanding dais and the entrance, scaled to your room and guest count. Pick a level in the price builder and see it in your total.

The buffets start at 30 guests, and the akad refreshments at 20. Below that, talk to a planner and we will suggest a set-up that fits.

Not from us. Alangkaar is not GST-registered and adds no service charge, so our food, décor and planning are nett. Venue hire is at the venue's own rate, with no mark-up from us.
