Yes. We set a tea table in a corner of the ballroom, or bring it to your home that morning; ask us. Essentials ($288 per couple) has a porcelain tea set, red date and longan tea for up to 30 family members, two kneeling cushions, and delivery, set-up and collection. Styled ($588) adds a cream-and-pampas tea table, two elder chairs, sweet dumpling soup for up to 30, a red-packet box and a helper for one hour.
Yes. Hold your solemnisation in the ballroom during a lunch or dinner block, then Vows High Tea for your guests at $21.90 a guest, from 20 guests. You file with the Registry of Marriages and book your solemniser; we handle the food, décor and running of the day. For a smaller party the ballroom divides into sections, so ask us for a price.
The Polaris Ballroom for your block, with the hotel's service charge and GST already in. A buffet from our own halal-certified kitchen with our service staff, the décor you choose, and our planning team or an event coordinator on the day, depending on your event. Our food, décor and planning are nett.
It is built from the hotel's 2027 rates and our own menu, décor and planning prices. For a 2026 or 2028 date, your written quote confirms the hotel's rate. Your written quote is final once the hotel confirms your date and session.
Yes. Every menu is cooked in our own halal-certified kitchen and served by our own crew. Ask us about vegetarian dishes for any of your guests.
Lunch runs 12pm to 4pm and dinner 7pm to 11pm. A full day is one 8-hour block, so your vows and reception can share one booking. The full-day price covers one meal; we can add a second.
Up to 300 at banquet tables on the hotel's plan, 420 theatre-style or 450 for a cocktail. The ballroom can also be divided into smaller sections (Polaris 1 to 3), so ask us about a smaller party.
The buffets start at 30 guests, and the solemnisation light bites at 20. Below that, talk to a planner and we will suggest a set-up that fits.
Not from us. Alangkaar is not GST-registered and adds no service charge, so our food, décor and planning are nett. Venue hire is at the venue's own rate, with no mark-up from us.
