Yes. Our Styled Tea Ceremony is $588 per couple: a tea table in cream linen with dried flowers and pampas, a porcelain tea set, red date and longan tea and sweet dumpling soup for up to 30 family members, and a helper to guide the serving order. Tea Ceremony Essentials is $288. Hold it in the ballroom before lunch, or at home that morning.
Yes. The Ginger Room takes up to 60 guests and opens onto the garden, or say your vows outdoors at Spice Island Point for up to 100 seated. Our Vows High Tea follows at $21.90 a guest, from 20 guests. A garden set-up and outdoor sound are added to your written quote.
Up to 240 at round tables in the Straits Ballroom (20 tables if you want a dance floor), up to 140 in the Saffron Ballroom and up to 60 in the Ginger Room. Garden ceremonies seat up to 100 at Spice Island Point.
Yes. Every menu comes from our own halal-certified kitchen, which is registered with the resort as an outside caterer. Buffets here start at $28.90 a guest.
Round tables set by the hotel's banquet team, hotel banquet chairs on request and ivory tablecloths. In the ballrooms, the in-house projector with 2 side screens, a hotel AV technician and the house lighting. Chair covers, overlays and all décor come from us.
Yes. The resort has offered our couples preferential room rates. Tell us your dates and how many rooms you need, and we will ask for yours.
It is built from the resort's venue rates for 2026 or 2027 and our own menu, décor and planning prices, all nett. For 2028 dates we confirm the resort's rate before you commit, and your written quote confirms everything once the resort confirms your date and session.
The buffets start at 30 guests, and the solemnisation light bites at 20. Below that, talk to a planner and we will suggest a set-up that fits.
Not from us. Alangkaar is not GST-registered and adds no service charge, so our food, décor and planning are nett. Venue hire is at the venue's own rate, with no mark-up from us.
