Yes. Add it to your booking: Tea Ceremony Essentials at $288 or the Styled Tea Ceremony at $588 a couple. Styled adds a cream tea table with dried flowers and pampas, 2 elder chairs, sweet dumpling soup for up to 30 and a helper for an hour. We set it up in the ballroom within your session, or at home in the morning.
Yes. Say your vows on the styled stage, then go straight into lunch or dinner in the same session. You book your own licensed solemniser; we plan the stage and the timing around the ceremony.
Both. Ivory Hotel Classic, included in your package, is a styled buffet with up to 3 lines. Signature, Premium and Royale are richer menus priced per guest on top; communal lazy Susan service, Chinese banquet style, is +$15 a guest on any of them.
Yes. For an event booked through us there is no corkage on the wine and spirits you bring, which the hotel normally charges. The hotel can also supply house wines and beer at its own rates, added to your quote.
Yes. Every menu is cooked in our own halal-certified kitchen and served by our crew at the hotel, so every guest eats from the same menu. Need vegetarian dishes? Tell us your guest mix and we build it into your quote.
Up to 1,000 at 100 tables of 10 with all three sections open. Ballroom 1 seats 160, Ballroom 2 or 3 seats 270, and two sections together seat 550. The Lavender Room takes 70.
A half day is one session: lunch from 11am to 4pm, which can start earlier, or dinner in the evening. A full day gives you the ballroom for both. Extra hours run to 2am at the hotel's rate.
The ballroom set with round tables, chairs and linen, LED walls in every section with the hotel's AV technician, 3 wireless mics, stage, walk-in and ambience lighting, moving heads and a smoke machine, a dedicated banquet manager, a changing room, parking coupons and a VIP lot. All of it is in your package.
It is built from the hotel's rate for your room and session, confirmed with us for events up to 30 June 2028, plus our menu, styling, crew and planning, shown as one package. Everything is nett, so no tax or service charge is added on top. Your written quote locks the total once the hotel confirms your date.
The buffets start at 30 guests, and the solemnisation light bites at 20. Below that, talk to a planner and we will suggest a set-up that fits.
Not from us. Alangkaar is not GST-registered and adds no service charge, so our food, décor and planning are nett. Venue hire is at the venue's own rate, with no mark-up from us.
