Our own aluminium clear-span fleet with transparent and white roofs, clear side walls, a levelled flooring platform and glass doors. Wide spans are assembled flat on the ground and raised by winch, so there is no crane or heavy machinery on your lawn, beach or car park. Every build is anchored and safety-checked by our crew before your guests arrive.

A 10 × 21 m tent for 150 to 200 guests is $7,888 and a 15 × 30 m tent for 400 guests is $16,888. Every price includes delivery, build, anchoring, safety check, teardown and collection by our own crew for a 12-hour event day. No GST is charged. A 50% deposit holds your date.

How much does tentage rental cost in Singapore?
Clear-span tents start at $2,488 for 6 × 12 m (about 65 seated), $7,888 for 10 × 21 m (150 to 200 guests) and $16,888 for 15 × 30 m (400 guests). That includes delivery, build, teardown and collection. No GST. See the full price list.
How big a tent do I need?
About 1 m² per seated guest at round tables, plus room for the buffet, stage and dance floor. The designer works this out and draws it. As a guide, 6 × 12 m seats about 65 for dinner, 10 × 21 m seats 150 to 200, and 15 × 30 m seats 400 and more.
What if it rains?
The structure is sealed: PVC roof, side walls and gutters, so the event carries on. On grass or sand, add the flooring platform so guests stay dry underfoot.
Do I need a permit?
Private property usually needs only the owner's consent. Parks, beaches, Sentosa and other public land need the land owner's approval, and large structures may need an engineer's endorsement. Tick the option in Extras and we guide you through it.
Do you need a crane on site?
No. Each arch is built flat on the ground and raised into place with a winch, and the roof is pulled through from ground level. That keeps heavy machinery off your turf and lets us build where a crane cannot reach. Rooftops and podiums are the exception, where the parts may need hoisting up.
How far ahead should I book?
Our 6 × 12 m tent can go out at short notice. Longer and wider structures are brought in for your date, so book those 60 days ahead.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit holds your date. The balance is due 7 days before the event. One free reschedule with 14 days' notice. No GST is charged.
