Headshot days run 09:00–18:00 in 15-minute slots per person. Events any time. Tell us the date now — we confirm timings and send a scheduling link for your staff within one working day.

Step 3 · prints (optional)

Frames and albums, made for you.

Museum-mounted frames and lay-flat albums, one photo per page, made after you approve your photos and delivered to your door in 3–4 weeks. Choose now, or add them in your portal later — same price.

Questions people ask us.

How does per-person pricing work?

You enter the number of people and the price per person drops automatically at 6, 20 and 50 (studio) or 10, 25 and 50 (on-site). The total you see is the total you pay — nett, no GST.

Studio or our office?

Studio if people can travel to our studio in Little India in 15-minute slots. On-site if you want minimal disruption — we bring lights and a backdrop and set up in any meeting room; the one-time set-up fee covers it.

Can each person choose their own photo?

Yes. Everyone gets a portal link, picks favourites from their proofs, and we finish those. HR or marketing gets the whole set in one download.

Can we be invoiced?

Yes — choose "Company invoice" at checkout. We hold the date and email an invoice for bank transfer within 7 days. Cards, Apple Pay and GrabPay also work.

Who owns the photos?

You get a full licence for your website, socials, print and internal use. Advertising campaigns need the extended licence add-on.
