Up to 400 at round tables in the full Grand Ballroom without a stage, or up to 160 in Ballroom 1 or 2. A pelamin stage and aisle take floor space: the resort's sample wedding plan seats 24 tables, about 240 guests. We draw the table plan for your guest count with the resort.

Yes. Hold it in Ballroom 1 or 2 with light refreshments for your guests, or in the Grand Ballroom before your walimah. Your Kadi or Naib Kadi is arranged through the Registry of Muslim Marriages (ROMM) when you file your application. For about 40 guests, ask us about the resort's Glass Pavilion. It is not in the live price.

Yes. Our own décor team builds the pelamin on your stage, with the backdrop, flower rows and an aisle. Pick the styling level in the price builder; the recommended level suits your occasion and guest count.

Yes. Every dish is cooked in our own halal-certified kitchen, with no pork, lard or alcohol. At the resort we serve our two fullest buffets, to match the resort's standard. Tell us about any allergies when you choose your dishes.

A prayer room is not part of the booking we have on file. Tell us your prayer times and we ask the resort what it can set aside on your date, and plan the akad nikah, the bersanding and the meal around them.

Round tables and chairs, table linen, glass buffet tables, the sound system, lighting and LCD projectors. With the full Grand Ballroom you also have exclusive use of the foyer.

Take the Sentosa Express to Imbiah Station; the resort is about a 5-minute walk away. The resort also runs a complimentary shuttle to and from HarbourFront, opposite VivoCity. Guests who drive pay Sentosa's island admission.

The resort has one rate for events in 2026 and another for 2027 and 2028. Pick your date and the price builder uses the right one.

It is one nett price, with no GST or service charge on top. It is built from the resort's rate for your event year — 2026, or 2027 to 2028 — and our own menu, décor and planning prices. Your written quote confirms it once the resort confirms your date. For 2029 onwards, the resort confirms its rate first.

Nothing we bring has any: our kitchen is halal-certified, we serve no alcohol and no non-halal drinks, and our crew pours nothing else at your event. The venue's own bar and its other rooms are the venue's to run, so tell us what you need for your day and we put it in writing with the venue before you commit.

Yes. Akad Nikah Light Refreshments start at $14.90 a guest, from 20 guests, and suit the akad at the venue or at home before the walimah.

No. The couple registers the marriage with the Registry of Muslim Marriages (ROMM) and chooses the kadi or naib kadi from ROMM's panel when filing the application. We look after the venue, the food, the pelamin and the running of the day.

Yes. Our own décor team designs and builds the pelamin, the bersanding dais and the entrance, scaled to your room and guest count. Pick a level in the price builder and see it in your total.

The buffets start at 30 guests, and the akad refreshments at 20. Below that, talk to a planner and we will suggest a set-up that fits.

Not from us. Alangkaar is not GST-registered and adds no service charge, so our food, décor and planning are nett. Venue hire is at the venue's own rate, with no mark-up from us.
