Yes. Add it to your booking: Tea Ceremony Essentials at $288 or the Styled Tea Ceremony at $588 a couple. Styled adds a cream tea table with dried flowers and pampas, 2 elder chairs, sweet dumpling soup for up to 30 and a helper for an hour. We set it up in the ballroom within your session and confirm the set-up with the hotel. Holding it at home in the morning? We can deliver it there instead.
Yes. Say your vows on the styled stage, then go straight into lunch or dinner in the same 4-hour session. You book your own licensed solemniser; we plan the stage and the timing around the ceremony. For a small ROM of 20 to 80 guests, the full ballroom is more room than you need, so ask us about a smaller venue.
Yes. Every menu comes from our own halal-certified kitchen, and the hotel allows licensed outside caterers. Need vegetarian dishes? Tell us your guest mix and we build it into your quote.
Up to 400 at 40 round tables of 10, in a pillarless room. For a smaller group, ask us about the hotel's smaller rooms.
One 4-hour session, lunch or dinner. If you need longer for the tea ceremony, the vows and the meal, we add extra hours at the hotel's rate to your written quote.
Dining tables and chairs with table linen set by the hotel, the sound system, 2 projectors with 4.5 m screens, 2 video walls in the foyer and 30 complimentary parking coupons. The 15 m LED wall is optional, at the hotel's rate.
It is built from the ballroom rate for your year, 2026 or 2027, plus our own menu, décor and planning prices. Everything is shown nett, so no tax or service charge is added on top. The hotel confirms 2027 rates in writing when it confirms your date, and your written quote then locks the total. For 2028 dates, ask us.
The buffets start at 30 guests, and the solemnisation light bites at 20. Below that, talk to a planner and we will suggest a set-up that fits.
Not from us. Alangkaar is not GST-registered and adds no service charge, so our food, décor and planning are nett. Venue hire is at the venue's own rate, with no mark-up from us.
