Yes. Add it to any event in the builder. Essentials ($288 a couple) brings a porcelain tea set, red date and longan tea for up to 30 family members, 2 kneeling cushions, and set-up and collection. Styled ($588) adds a cream and boho tea table with 2 chairs for your elders, sweet dumpling soup for up to 30, a red-packet box and a helper for an hour. Holding it at home in the morning? Ask us and we bring it there.
Yes, in Pacific Ballroom I or II, Monday to Saturday. You file with the Registry of Marriages and choose your solemniser as usual; we plan the room, the styling and the food. Vows High Tea is $21.90 a guest, for 20 guests or more.
Yes. Every menu is cooked in our own halal-certified kitchen and brought to the hotel, and the hotel adds no charge for bringing in our catering.
Monday to Saturday. The hotel's function rooms are not available on Sundays. Planning a public holiday? Ask us and we will check with the hotel.
Up to 150 at round tables in Pacific Ballroom I or II, and up to 250 with both joined. A stage and buffet line take some space in a single room, so we confirm your layout with the hotel.
The room for one session of 4 to 5 hours, the hotel's tables and chairs, a basic sound system with 2 wireless mics, an LCD projector and screen, a whiteboard, a flipchart and wifi. Table linen, styling and any lighting come from us. Need longer? The hotel sells extra half hours, and we add them to your written quote.
It is one nett price, with no GST or service charge added on top. It uses the hotel's 2026 room rates and our own menu, styling and planning prices. For 2027 dates, we confirm the room rate with the hotel before you commit. Table linen ($25 a table, $2.50 a chair) and any extra hours are added to your written quote.
The buffets start at 30 guests, and the solemnisation light bites at 20. Below that, talk to a planner and we will suggest a set-up that fits.
Not from us. Alangkaar is not GST-registered and adds no service charge, so our food, décor and planning are nett. Venue hire is at the venue's own rate, with no mark-up from us.
