Yes. We set up the tea table in your room, inside your booked slot. Tea Ceremony Essentials is $288 a couple: a porcelain tea set, red date and longan tea for up to 30 family members, 2 kneeling cushions, and set-up and collection. The Styled Tea Ceremony is $588 and adds a cream and boho tea table, 2 chairs for your elders, sweet dumpling soup for up to 30 and a helper for an hour.
Yes. A seminar room suits most ROMs: say your vows at the front of the room with your licensed solemniser, and we look after the room, décor and food. Vows Light Bites and Vows High Tea start at 20 guests, or choose a full buffet.
Yes. Alangkaar is an appointed catering partner of HomeTeamNS, and every menu comes from our own halal-certified kitchen.
No. Anyone can book through us at the standard price. If you are an Ordinary, Associate or Family member of HomeTeamNS, tick the member box in the price builder; the member price applies once you show your card.
Up to 150 at banquet tables in the Auditorium (236 theatre-style), up to 120 in Seminar Rooms 1 + 2 together, and up to 60 in one seminar room.
4 hours or 8 hours, and every event ends by 10pm. The club sets up the room before your slot and gives 1 free hour of set-up before it starts.
It is one nett price. Our catering, décor and planning carry no service charge or GST, and the venue part is built from the club's own rates. Your written quote confirms the venue hire once the club confirms your date and slot. Extra hours are on top.
Yes. Every menu is cooked in our halal-certified kitchen, so every guest can eat from the same buffet. Tell us about allergies and we mark them on the menu.
The buffets start at 30 guests, and the solemnisation light bites at 20. Below that, talk to a planner and we will suggest a set-up that fits.
Not from us. Alangkaar is not GST-registered and adds no service charge, so our food, décor and planning are nett. Venue hire is at the venue's own rate, with no mark-up from us.
