Rental day = up to 12 hours on site. Setup 2–6 hours before, collection within 2 hours after your last guest, latest 23:30. Extra days 40% each.
Delivery & collection is one line, priced by order size: $180 for orders under $1,000, $280 from $1,000, included from $3,000. Lorry loads (over about 80 chairs, or sofas, bars and kitchen equipment) are $280 until $3,000. Small F&B orders up to $300 of chafers, tableware, drinks ware or linen can go by car: $78 delivered and collected, or $45 one way. No minimum order. Our crew sets the room at $0.50 per piece, or choose drop-off and set up yourself. Sentosa, CBD and no-lift venues may add crew.
Self-collect from our Woodlands warehouse, by appointment: Tue, Thu and Sat, 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm (other times +$80). No delivery or handling fees. Minimum order $100. 15% off equipment hire (not linen or staff). Full payment and a refundable security deposit before collection.
Hand-out and return. We count and photograph every piece with you at hand-out and again at return, and both sides sign the count sheet. Claims after you leave the warehouse are not accepted. Return everything clean and dry by noon the next working day, or add washing.
Late return. Each late day is charged at the full day hire plus $30 admin. Items more than 3 days late are treated as lost and charged at replacement price.
Weekends +10%. Public holidays and peak weeks (F1, New Year's Eve, Deepavali, Christmas, Chinese New Year) +25%. Rush bookings under 7 days +20%.
Hours 12 on site included. Longer days add crew overtime at $150 per hour. Sentosa, islands and restricted-access venues +$150.
Deposit 50% to hold your date, balance 7 days before the event. Approved corporate accounts: PO and 30-day terms.
Reschedule once free with 14 days notice. Cancel 30+ days: 90% credit. 14–30 days: 50%. Under 14 days: deposit is used.
Stains and cleaning. Normal use is on us. Heavy stains on linen, cushions or upholstery (wax, curry, turmeric, wine, ink, make-up) go for laundry or dry cleaning and are charged at $10 per linen piece, $18 per chair cushion and $60 per sofa seat.
Damage and loss. If a stain cannot be removed even after dry cleaning, or a piece comes back burnt, torn, chipped, broken or missing, it is charged at the replacement price shown on that item. Public liability is on us.
Security deposit. Refundable. Self-collect: $100 or 50% of hire, whichever is higher, and for glassware, crockery and chargers the full replacement value. Delivered orders: 10% of hire, minimum $50. Cleaning and replacement charges are deducted from it, with photos of each piece charged, and the rest is returned within 5 working days.
Power from the venue (13 A sockets) unless you add a generator. We check this at the free site survey for orders above $2,000.
