Questions
We buy for your date, not from stock. Stems come from Singapore wholesale markets on trade terms two to three days before your event, so they are conditioned and opening on the day. Office and hotel flowers are refreshed on a fixed weekly or fortnightly route.
Roses, lisianthus and orchids look their best for 5 to 7 days in Singapore air-conditioning; potted phalaenopsis last 4 weeks or more. That is why our office plans refresh weekly and orchids rotate monthly.
No. Alangkaar is not GST registered, so the price you see is the price you pay. Delivery, set-up and collection inside Singapore is S$148 per venue for events, and included in office and hotel plans.
Gift bouquets: 1 day. Event and wedding flowers: 2 weeks is comfortable, 4 weeks for arches, mandaps and flower walls. Office and hotel plans can start within a week of a site visit.
Yes. Pick a style and colours in the planner, or send us a mood board. If a flower is out of season we suggest the closest match at the same value before we buy, never after.
Events: a deposit by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayNow secures your date, balance before the event. Office and hotel plans: monthly by card, bank transfer or PayNow, cash on delivery for small plans, or 30/60-day credit terms for approved companies.
