Arches, flower walls, Indian stage sofas and screens, chandeliers, centrepieces, linen and party machines, all from our own warehouse. Do it yourself and save, or let our team deliver and style it.
Self-collect from our warehouse and save 15%. Leave a refundable security deposit of twice the hire, minimum S$100. We return it within 2 working days of checking everything back in.
Pieces marked Made to order are not in our warehouse yet. We order them in for your event, so they need at least 60 days. The price shown is the hire for your event; we keep the piece afterwards. Our own collection is always ready sooner and usually costs less, so we show it first.
Every piece shows its replacement price. Anything missing, or damaged beyond normal wear, is charged at that price and taken from the deposit first. Please don't glue, tape, nail or paint on our pieces.
Collect the day before your event and return the day after, up to 3 days. Each extra day adds 20% of the hire. Collection and return are Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm.
Delivery and collection costs S$180 for orders under S$1,000 and S$280 up to S$3,000, and is free above that. Delivered and styled adds our crew's set-up and pack-down: 20% of the hire, minimum S$250.
A 50% deposit confirms your date and the balance is due 7 days before. You can reschedule once for free with 14 days' notice. If you cancel 30 or more days ahead, you get 90% as credit. Between 14 and 30 days, you get 50%. Under 14 days, the deposit is used.
Laundry is included in every linen price. They come laundered, pressed and bagged. Return them unwashed, in the bag, by noon the day after your event. We launder every piece after every event. A refundable linen deposit is paid before release: S$10 per tablecloth, S$2 per chair cover, S$1 per sash or runner. Normal food marks are on us. Wax, burns, ink, dye, tears and permanent stains are charged at the replacement price. With self-collect, you lay and steam the linens yourself. If you want it done for you, our crew comes with steamers, extension reels and clips: S$180 call-out + S$4 per tablecloth, S$0.80 per chair cover, S$0.50 per sash or runner.
Pieces marked Heavy or Oversized (Indian screens, jharokhas, gates, arches, elephants, the pavilion, carved sofas and the swing) weigh 20 to 100 kg and need four people to carry. We only move them with our own lorry and crew. It costs S$1,180 for the first 14-ft lorry load and S$1,050 for each extra load. That covers delivery, carry-in, installation, dismantling and return. Your quote works out the loads for you. Chandeliers and starry curtains are also installed by our crew.
You leave your name and mobile. You get a booking reference straight away, and our team confirms availability on WhatsApp within working hours. Your date is held once the deposit is paid.
Photos show each design. Our Indian stage props, sofas and entrance pieces are photographed from our own collection. Colours can vary slightly on screen. Pieces marked "photo coming" are in stock and we can send a photo on WhatsApp.
