How it works

Rent (Singapore)

  • Pick pieces, see the price per event.
  • Book at least 45 days ahead; 60 days is recommended.
  • Self-collect and DIY (−15%), doorstep delivery, full service, or styled to your plan.
  • No plan yet? Add a designer.
  • 50% deposit holds your date. No GST.

Buy (Asia-wide)

  • Every made-to-order piece has a buy price.
  • 45–60 days to make, plus shipping to your country.
  • Sea or air from our Guangzhou and Singapore warehouses; estimate shown live, confirmed by our logistics desk before you pay.
  • 50% to start production, balance before shipment. Duties and taxes in your country are not included.

Wholesale (vendors)

  • Trade prices from the minimum quantity on each line, S$1,500 minimum order.
  • Carpets, chair covers, sashes, linen, backdrop frames, florals: ask for a monthly restock plan.
  • Same shipping and lead times as Buy.
  • Company name and delivery address on the order.

1 · Self-collect & DIY

  • Collect from our Woodlands warehouse, booked slot.
  • Set up with your own team, return after the event.
  • −15% on hire. Refundable deposit: 30% of hire, minimum S$100.
  • Signed count sheet with photos both ways.
  • Not for crew-installed pieces.

2 · Doorstep delivery & collection

  • We drop at the venue doorstep or loading bay, and collect from the same spot.
  • Your own team moves the pieces in, sets up and packs down.
  • S$180 under S$1,000 · S$280 under S$3,000 · included from S$3,000.
  • Sentosa or islands +S$150.

3 · Full service

  • Transport both ways plus our crew.
  • Crew moves pieces to your spot, sets up, tears down and loads out.
  • Delivery fee plus 20% of hire, minimum S$250.
  • Required for arches over 2.4 m, flower walls on frames, chandeliers, stage sets and styled sets.

4 · Styled to your plan

  • Send your design plan: sketch, mood board, floor plan or photos.
  • Our stylist and crew set the room up to your plan, then tear down.
  • Delivery fee plus 35% of hire, minimum S$480.

Designer

  • Design consult S$380: mood board, layout, item list.
  • Styling direction S$880: floor plan, 3D layout, designer on site.
  • Signature design S$1,880: full concept, florals, lighting plan, designer runs the install.

Delivery across Asia

Purchases and wholesale orders ship from our Guangzhou warehouse by sea (LCL, per cubic metre) or by air (per kg). Singapore orders can also be collected from Woodlands. Transit times below are port to port; add 45–60 days production for made-to-order pieces.

We are built for volume. 33 recurring lines are priced for vendors: event carpets by the metre in six colours, resin chiavari chairs, stretch covers and sashes, satin and jacquard linen, backdrop frames, flower-wall panels and loose silk florals. Good to know

Why 45 days' notice for décor hire?

We run a very high volume of weddings and events. Our own events get priority, so décor hire is scheduled around them. Book at least 45 days ahead, and 60 days is recommended: that lets us guarantee the pieces, clean and pack them, and schedule the crew and delivery. Under 45 days is subject to availability; WhatsApp us on +65 8444 4005 to check your date.

How long does a purchase take?

Pieces are made and finished to order: 45 to 60 days, plus shipping time to your country (shown live when you pick a country). Ready stock in Singapore can be collected from our Woodlands warehouse sooner.

Do you ship outside Singapore?

Yes. We ship by sea or air from our Guangzhou and Singapore warehouses to every country in the list. The page shows an estimate; our logistics desk confirms the exact freight before you pay. Import duties and taxes in your country are not included.

Can I buy wholesale for my own rental or events business?

Yes. Trade prices apply from the minimum quantity shown on each line and a S$1,500 order. Carpets, chair covers, sashes, table linen, backdrop frames and silk florals are our recurring vendor lines. Ask about a monthly restock plan.

Can I set up the décor myself?

Yes. Self-collect from our Woodlands warehouse, set it up with your own team and return it after the event. You save 15% on hire and pay a refundable deposit. Pieces marked "crew installed" are too large or delicate for self-collect; we deliver and set those.

What does doorstep delivery include?

We drop the pieces at the venue doorstep or loading bay and collect them from the same spot after the event. Moving them inside, setting up and packing down is done by your own team. If you want us to move, set up and tear down, choose Full service.

What is "Styled to your plan"?

You send us your design plan: a sketch, mood board, floor plan or photos of the look you want. We deliver, our stylist and crew set the room up to your plan, and we tear down and take everything back after the event. If you need the plan made for you, add a designer.

I run a décor or events company. Can I rent from you?

Yes. Planners, stylists, décor companies, venues and other event vendors rent from us every week. Rent pieces for your own clients, take them DIY or doorstep, or buy them outright at trade prices. Your client never needs to see our name.

What does the designer do?

If you have no plan yet, our designer makes one: a mood board, floor plan, item list and styling on the day. Pick a designer level in Step 4; the fee is credited back in full when your hire with us is S$5,000 or more.

Are the photos the real pieces?

Pieces marked "Own collection" are photographed from our own warehouse. Pieces marked "Concept" are catalogue renders of lines we make to order; we send real photos on request before you confirm.

Is GST charged?

No. Alangkaar Pte Ltd is not GST-registered, so every price here is the price you pay.
