A wedding needs clear speeches, the right song on cue and a dance floor that fills. We set a speaker on each side of the floor, tune it to the room and hand the emcee a mic that never drops out.

From four warm uplights on a temple wall to a full truss rig with moving heads for a concert or D&D, we own the fixtures, the truss and the consoles, and our operator programs every cue: walk-in, speeches, award stings, first dance and the party.

Goalpost

Two legs and a beam over the stage. Carries beams, washes, a banner or an LED wall. From S$790 with bases and rigging.

Towers & side bars

Vertical truss either side of the stage for side light and speakers flown high. Clamps for every fixture, safety-roped.

Grid & ceiling

A full truss grid over the dance floor or hall for lighting and hanging décor. Priced by the metre from S$28/m.

Lowest price. You set up and run it yourself.

  1. Book online and pay the 50% deposit.
  2. Collect from MEGA@Woodlands. We show you every connection.
  3. At collection we place a refundable card hold. It is not a charge.
  4. Return by noon the next working day. We test every speaker, sub and mic, then release the hold.

Bring photo ID. Subwoofers weigh about 40 kg each, so bring an MPV or van and a second person. Damage or loss is charged at repair cost, never more than the hold without your agreement. Companies with an approved credit account skip the hold.

Apply once online with your documents. Our team reviews it, usually within 2 working days, and you get 7, 14 or 30-day terms with a credit limit. After that, every booking goes on your account: no deposit, no card hold, one tax invoice per job.

Credit terms (please read)

1. Credit is offered at Alangkaar Pte Ltd's discretion and can be changed or withdrawn by written notice. 2. Invoices are due within the approved terms from the invoice date. 3. Bookings above your credit limit, or while an invoice is overdue, need a deposit before the event. 4. Equipment lost or damaged during your hire is invoiced at repair or replacement cost. 5. Cancellation charges follow our rental terms. 6. You confirm the information given is true and allow us to check it with ACRA and the trade references provided.

Good to know

Which speakers do you rent?

Brand-new Mackie Thump15A V4 15-inch powered speakers with Bluetooth, Mackie Thump18S V4 18-inch powered subwoofers, a Mackie ProFX12v3+ 12-channel mixer and Shure BLX24 wireless handheld mics with PG58 capsules.

How many guests can you cover?

A pair of Thump15A V4 covers about 150 guests for speeches and music, or 300 with subwoofers. For 300–600 guests, long halls or outdoor events we add delay speakers and a technician. Upload your floor plan and we size it for you.

Can I self-collect?

Yes. Collect from MEGA@Woodlands and return by noon the next working day. We place a refundable card hold at collection: S$300 for speakers only, S$500 for a PA kit, S$1,000 with subwoofers, S$1,500 for the full rig. We test everything when it comes back and release the hold.

Do you offer credit terms?

Yes, for registered companies. Apply online above with your ACRA BizFile. Once approved you book on PO and pay by invoice within 7, 14 or 30 days.

How much notice do you need?

We recommend 60 days. Under 45 days' notice is subject to availability, as our own events get priority. WhatsApp us on +65 8444 4005 to check a short-notice date.

Is GST charged?

No. The price you see is the price you pay.
