Questions people ask us.

How many photos do we get?

Roughly 50 edited photos per hour of coverage — 400+ on an 8-hour day — plus all the rest colour-corrected. Everything is in your gallery within 14 days; the highlight film within 4 weeks.

Do you cover Indian, Chinese, Malay and Western weddings?

Yes — since 1997. Tell us the type and we brief the crew on the rituals, timings and family moments to expect: tying the thali, tea ceremony, akad nikah, first dance.

We have a 3- or 5-day wedding — how does that work?

List every event in "Your events & days": Mehndi, bride's and groom's oil ceremonies, Sangeet, ROM, the wedding, the reception. Give each a date, time and hours. Your package hours are spread across them; extra hours are S$180 (photo) or S$220 (film) each and every extra event day adds a S$150 crew call-out. Everything shows before you pay.

Can we add a same-day edit?

Yes — the same-day photo slideshow shows the morning's photos at the dinner; the same-day edit film puts an editor on site to cut a 2–3 minute film of the morning and play it that night.

How does payment work?

50% deposit online to lock the date; the balance is charged automatically to the same card 7 days before. Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayNow.
