Under 45 days depends on availability. We run many of our own events, so we check stock, crew and logistics before we accept the job. Send your enquiry anyway and we will tell you what we can do.

How far ahead should I order?

45–60 days before your install date, with 60 days recommended. Under 45 days depends on availability, because our own events get priority. Send your enquiry and we confirm what we can deliver.

What is the difference between the four options?

1 DIY self-collect: you collect from our Woodlands warehouse and return it, 15% off props, with a refundable security deposit. 2 DIY delivered: we drop at your doorstep or loading bay and collect after; your team sets up. 3 Delivered and set up: our crew delivers, places, powers, and removes. 4 Custom design: we survey, design and install the full look.

Some pieces say "Our crew installs". Why?

Tall trees, hanging pieces, light tunnels and large sets need rigging, lifts or careful assembly, so our crew installs and removes them. If you add one, the enquiry switches to option 3 for you.

Rent or buy?

Rent covers the season (up to 6 weeks; longer seasons add a small weekly charge). Buy to keep it for next year. Ask about storing it with us between seasons.

Are the prices final?

Prices on the page are our estimate for planning. We confirm the final quote after checking your date, site access and set-up. No GST. A 50% deposit holds your booking.

Are photos the real pieces?

Product photos show the pieces as finished. Images marked "Concept" are illustrations of the look; we share real photos of your exact pieces before you pay.
