Design concept: a wedding mandap on a Bali clifftop lawn at golden hour
Alangkaar Bali · Singapore studio · our own team in Denpasar

Your wedding in Bali, produced by one team

Indian, multicultural and Western weddings on Bali's cliffs and beaches. Designed in our Singapore studio, delivered by our own team in Denpasar led by our Bali general manager, Nova. From an intimate elopement to a S$5 million production.

Design concept, not a past event

Our own team in Bali

A general manager and crew in Denpasar. Not a planner we subcontract.

Our chefs, your menu

Our chefs fly in and cook on site. North and South Indian, Western, vegetarian and Jain menus, prepared to halal standards.

Venue at its own rate

The estate bills you at its real rate. We earn on what we design and produce, never on a venue mark-up.

One fixed quote

Every item listed with its price before you pay a deposit. No surprises on the island.

Singapore accountability

A Singapore company, a Singapore contract, and a studio at 21 Kerbau Road you can walk into.

The weekend

Four days, four functions

Our standard Bali weekend for an Indian wedding: family on the estate from Thursday, friends in hotels nearby, two lawns flipped between morning and night.

Thursday

Arrive and settle

Family checks into the estate, friends into hotels ten to twenty minutes away. Welcome dinner by the pool, shuttles arranged.

Friday night

Sangeet under the lights

Stage, DJ or band, dhol, dinner and dancing until the estate's curfew.

Saturday morning

Pheras by the sea

Mandap facing the ocean, pandit and rituals your family recognises, timed with the light.

Saturday night

Reception and finale

Long tables, candles and florals, speeches, dancing, and fireworks where the estate permits them.

Sunday

Farewell brunch

A slow morning by the pool, then airport runs and a quiet estate. Our crew clears everything.

Two lawns, turned twice: morning décor out, evening décor in while you rest. Our Bali crew does the turnaround; our Singapore designers set the look.

Where in Bali

Cliff estates, beach villas, clifftop resorts

Three kinds of venue, three different weekends. We match the estate to your guest count, your functions and the rules that matter to you.

Cliff estates

Uluwatu · Pecatu · Ungasan

Private estates with 10 to 26 bedrooms, two or more lawns and event kitchens for our chefs. Sea views from the mandap, fireworks at some estates, music to 11 pm.

Best for 80 to 200 guests and two full event days.

Beach villas

Seseh · Canggu · Tabanan

Sand ceremonies and garden dinners with the surf behind you. Smaller second functions and earlier curfews, so we plan a two-function weekend around them.

Best for 40 to 150 guests who want the beach.

Clifftop resorts

Ungasan · Uluwatu

Hotel service, resort villas and in-house kitchens. The right answer when the family wants an indoor option, room service and a single bill for the stay.

Best for up to 200 guests and a one-day wedding.

On our 2027 shortlist: Pandawa Cliff Estate, Villa Plenilunio, The Surga Villa Estate, Khayangan Estate, Villa Vedas, Seseh Beach Villas, Sungai Tinggi Beach Villa and The Ungasan Clifftop Resort. After a first call we send you the estate-by-estate comparison, with each venue's own photos, its rules on catering, fireworks and curfews, and its 2027 rates.

What we handle

Everything between the airport and the last dance

Venue and rooms

Shortlist, viewing trip, holds and contracts. Family on the estate, friends in hotels nearby, shuttles between.

Ceremony

Pandit, mandap and rituals, or a celebrant-led ceremony. Timing with the sunrise or the sunset, and guidance on registering in Singapore.

Food

Our chefs cook on site: Indian and Western buffets, live stations, and a dietary form for every guest, from gluten-free to Jain.

Décor and florals

Mandap, stage, lounges, florals and lighting designed in Singapore, built by our Bali crew. Marquee on standby in the wet season.

Sound, light and effects

DJ, band, dhol, stage sound and moving lights. Fireworks or cold sparks cleared with the estate and the village before we promise them.

Photo and video

A cinematic team for the whole weekend, drone where the estate allows it, highlights within the week.

Guests

Hotel blocks, airport pick-ups, itineraries, welcome kits and a guest page with the dietary form.

Beauty and outfits

Hair and make-up with trials, mehendi artists, dressers on the day, and sherwani and lehenga rental from our Singapore wardrobe.

How the money works

Clear before you pay a single deposit

The venue

You pay the estate at its own rate, on the deposit and schedule it sets. We negotiate, hold the date and read the fine print. We add nothing on top.

Our services

One quote, every item priced from our catalogue: food, décor, sound and light, ceremony, photo and video, planning and crew. A deposit confirms the date; the balance is paid in stages before the wedding, in a client portal that shows every line.

Your guests

Flights and hotel rooms are booked by your guests at rates we negotiate, or by you if you prefer to host. Either way they sit outside your wedding budget.

S$100,000 to S$5 million

Indicative, for 100 guests and four functions: most weekends land between S$100,000 and S$300,000 all in, excluding flights and guest rooms. Intimate elopements start lower; our largest productions run to S$5 million.

Who you work with

One team, two islands

Singapore studio

Design, quotes, contracts

Your weekly planning calls, the design of every function, the fixed quote and the contract. 21 Kerbau Road, Singapore 219160.

Bali · Denpasar

Nova, general manager

Venue visits, vendor coordination, permits and the village, set-up and teardown crew, and your on-the-ground contact for the whole wedding week.

Kitchen

Our chefs on site

Our chefs arrive days before the wedding and cook in the estate's event kitchens, so the food tastes the way it does at home.

Questions couples ask

Before you choose Bali

Is a Bali wedding legal for Singapore couples?

Most couples register their marriage in Singapore and hold the religious or celebrant-led ceremony in Bali. We guide the paperwork and the timing.

When is the best season?

May to October is the dry season. From November to March we keep a marquee on standby, and some estates make one compulsory.

How late can the music run?

Most private estates stop amplified music at 11 pm, with after-parties indoors. Resorts can run later in enclosed venues.

Can we have fireworks?

Some estates permit fireworks with advance confirmation; others allow cold-spark fountains only. We tell you the rule for each estate before you choose.

Where do our guests stay?

Close family stays on the estate; friends stay in hotels 10 to 20 minutes away, with shuttles on both event days.

How early should we book?

Twelve to eighteen months ahead for a September or October weekend; peak dates earlier.

Do you do Western or mixed ceremonies?

Yes. Celebrant-led ceremonies, church services and mixed-faith weekends, with the same team and the same fixed quote.
